Terrance has great customer service and a very hard worker I can tell he is dedicated to his work. I walked in and My phone was water damage he gave me some advice on what I could do to solve the problem.he also assured me that the problem was go be taken care of. He is very knowledgeable about the phones and very Professional. I won't go to any other boost store in Pontiac. Thanks Terrance
