Monique is awesome with customer service. Tried this Huron St. location after being disappointed at other locations a few months ago to purchase 1 phone. Since then, I have purchased 5 more and highly recommend the Huron location.

Love Monique she offers the BEST customer service she can. Very friendly always smiling plus they give you free socks. I would highly recommend her she is very patient and an EXCELLENT multitasker I watcher her work on four different phones yesterday.

Boost mobile in certain locations do not care about their customers, THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY which is sad, because you must start with clientele to even get FUNDS right or wrong, so if you give out bad service then guess what you get NO MONEY to keep a store. FLAT OUT..PERIODTT!!!!
