I’ve been going to this store for at least 4 years regularly. Spent a lot of money here. I like the parts and prices. Unfortunately, I need to leave a 1-star rating because the woman manager is very rude. I will need to stop shopping at this store now. There are other AutoZone stores nearby. ?

I came in to do a simple return, which I have done many times and recently, but the manager woke up on the wrong side of the bed like they all do here at autozone, she denied my return even though she said she could return up to $50 worth for store credit, but then says "I'll only give you $5", while barely even acknowledging my existence, I literally hate this company and the workers that work there, they aren't helpful and aren't in a good mood either. Done with this store!!!

Story was The most helpful employe that I had an AutoZone in a while, and he was also full of life in jokes, and was a real lifesaver that they had the part that I needed I will always recommend the store.

I did something really stupid. I seen my brake lamp light was on I bought brake fluid put it in my power steering. I quick shut off the car in less than a minute Maria, she helped me quickly resolve the problem. I had to hold up my hood because the things were broke to hold it. She seen I was frustrated at first…I told her I was all set I’m going to be a while here she insisted on helping me. She Consulted one of mechanics she knew by phone, She quickly drained the reservoir (I put brake fluid in) filled it up With power steering fluid she helped me she knew I was really stressed out and she made my day. AutoZone in the customers are Lucky to have somebody like her looking out!
