The experience at Americas Best in Pontiac was WONDERFUL! Daisy was a pleasure to meet. Aja was very courteous. Monah made me feel comfortable during the exam. The whole staff was extremely helpful and professional. Head there for all your eye exam and glasses needs!

This place is great! It was easy to make an appt. The staff was fabulous! Helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were efficient and helpful. They all had a great sense of humor and I enjoyed the joking we shared. The selection of frames was excellent! I really enjoyed my appt and I am excited to get my new glasses. Thank you!
I picked up my new glasses today 8/13/24. They are perfect! I can see clearly now, the scratches are gone! It's a bright sunshiny day!!!

I really enjoyed my visit at America's best Doctor Delly was incredible she knew things about my eye's that no other eye doctors could Diagnose she help me to understand any concerns I may have had she was very thorough before the exam was done I knew she was the right doctor for me I felt that she was very concerned and that made me comfortable and speaking of comfortable the Doc. Has a staff willia,vennica and Dairy that was very helpful they all work together very well the atmosphere was very peaceful they were so friendly they were patient with me and helped me find a beautiful pair of glasses at a price that was affordable for me I would recommend America's best at 310 n telegraph pontiac mi. To ANYONE they really do make you feel like family I'm enjoying my glasses if you want good eye care with a doctor and a staff that care for you then America best is the place for you

When it came to my kids, service was great! But when it came to myself, this place has been everything but great. I had a contact lens exam and needed my trials to come in. I was never called that they came in, so a month later I was finally able to get them, only one eye was wrong and I couldn’t see out of it. I had to wait another week to get an apt to fix the prescription. That was in May. Tell me why it’s July and I still haven’t received a call about my new trial lenses? So I wasted my money on this exam to get nothing? Why should I come back? I will be reporting this place to the insurance company (I used insurance for the glasses exam but had to pay out of pocket for the contacts). Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

The entire Staff was extremely friendly. Tanya was professional and funny. The young lady who did my pre exam, i wish I knew her name was also very nice. As well as the woman at the front door. Everyone wore smiles and were very helpful.

Dr. Delly and the staff at America’s Best are wonderful! I have gone a few times and it’s been an excellent experience each time! Very caring and friendly. Super helpful and professional as well! Highly recommend!
