“On Monday I went to ask about the 4 tires for my car, they ordered them and within an hour they called me that I could go and install them, in 1 hour my car was ready, they changed the 4 air valves and the TPMS continued to work correctly , very grateful to the guys who did the work and I think Jake took care of me, his attitude was excellent (sorry if I remember his name wrong) but they are very professional, I 100% recommend this store, thank you very much”

“Today I went to Discount Tire on Grand River in Novi MI. I go there twice a year to switch from factory wheels for winter and chrome wheels in summer. My last visit there was a couple little hiccups in the service. I spoke to Nick the owner/manager about it last winter after he read my review. He called me same day. Said if I gave them another chance he would make sure everything went smoothly. When I walked in he acknowledged me by name and said let’s get you taken care of. My appointment was 11:45 I left their store at 12:15. Only 30 minutes later. During the service one of the shop people came in and said it will only be a few minutes more. They met me right away knew why I was there referred to me by name and had me out in 30 minutes. It wasn’t just a wheel swap they had to swap my tires to my summer wheels also. I was given my keys and a receipt for no charge. I’m very happy with the service I received and glad I went back. I would recommend them to anyone for their tire needs. Thank you Nick for restoring my confidence in your staff and for making things right. Jill”

“I purchased a vehicle in 2016. A used car is a used car and you really never know what you are getting. At the time it had 180,000 miles on it, but as someone with a 410 credit score, I was in a bind and I took the risk. I crossed my fingers hoping I would get the vehicle paid off before she quit on me. Well, 8 years later and I am happy to report she is still my daily driver and has been a trooper!
250,000+ miles and still rolling. I am grateful they were there when I needed them and they were able to get me in a vehicle when no one else was. As a single mom of 4 kids, payments were tight, but we do what we have to and I paid her off early. I didn't have my choice of color or car, I was limited to what could fit my family, but I am grateful that they took a chance on me as much as I took a chance on them. That mountaineer has been through a lot with me and I know when she finally kicks it, I am going to mourn that loss.”

“I don't usually leave good reviews, but this one is a must. Mike, one of the mechanics found out quick the issues with my car, a bad control arm, that other 3 shops couldn't diagnose. One of the wheels was wobbling and I went two 3 shops and they all said it's because of the tire which was worn up on one side. No one actually diagnosed for me that the uneven wear comes from a loose mechanical important safe keeping part that could've put me or someone else in danger. Also, Chris worked out a finance deal for me for 6 months where I don't have to break the bank right away. All in all, amazing experience.”
