Got food from there yesterday around 3pm by 9pm I was kissing the Porcelain throne. Definitely got food poisoning as it was all I ate! Specifically the double stack I should have known better when members of my extended family ate there months back and ended up with food poisoning as well…. I love Wendy’s but Never going back!

Horrible establishment, horrible managers, horrible upper management.Was told to use kiosk cause “manager didn’t want to open a cash drawer” so I used kiosk. Spent 10 minutes ordering, cause kiosk was beyond slow. Paid, and machine said my order number and receipt will be at front.15 minutes pass by and still haven’t got my food, well kiosk charged my debit card but never sent the order over. Tina Cheshire (who supposedly is the higher up) STILL hasn’t sent me her email so I can send her the proof of the charge. Do not go here. Avoid this location at all costs, this was just supposed to be a quick stop on the way to metro Detroit but it turned into so much more and I am still out the $25 that I paid for the order (with proof from my bank).By the way, this Wendy’s has no plan to make anything right because in their eyes there is nothing wrong despite all the evidence being on my side, but Tina Cheshire won’t send her email to me like she said she would so I can send her the evidence of my card is charged. Hope you enjoy this review and I hope the managers there aren’t there any longer (more so the one who was arguing, and didn’t want to open a register for in person ordering cause it was too much work, AKA LAZINESS)

i went inside to pay with cash and they told me to use the kiosk that was card only. i only had cash, told me to use the drivethru. my vehicle does not have the clearance to make it under the drive thru. absolutely terrible business practice and will not be returning.

Overcharged me for breakfast, paid almost $12 for a breakfast combo when it should have been around $8. Another Wendy's location I won't be going to again.

Have a kiosk machine but claims to be short-staffed so it's drive-through only. Awful lot of fast food restaurants using that as an excuse, I thought the kiosk machine what's to eliminate that problem. Just typical fast-food employees just not wanting to do their job. Kind of strange that an actual restaurant doesn't have these problems and they usually pay less money ?

We ordered at the kiosk, after we paid we saw our name move to the "in progress screen" after 15 minutes our our said it was ready. When I walked up to the counter our name was no long on the screen. I asked if they had our order and the Manger rudly said "no, you did not put the order in." After 10 more minute they finally got us our food but still never found our order. Seems ridiculous they the tablets we are forced to order off of can't seem to communicate orders to the kitchen.
