Jacob was our Verizon salesman at 42177 Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth. He normally works at the Victra Verizon store on 12 mile road in Farmington Hills, but was filling in today at the Plymouth store.
Our visit today working with Jacob was the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store!
Jacob was knowledgeable about the products, and sold us a Samsung S24 Ultra and accessories. I will definitely return to this store and the Farmington Hills Verizon store for great service.
I would be amazed if Jacob isn't a store manager in the very near future. Great job Jacob!

About as easy and painless as getting a cellphone can be. Transferred all info, picked up Verizon WiFi, half the cost of xfinity. In, out, on my way.

Upsetting. The two times we went to the store my fiancé was questioned and/or laughed at for not purchasing extras for his phone. Felt very judged. My fiancé was called an “interesting individual” by the associate selling us the phone. Just unnecessary and unprofessional. I will not be going back to this store.

This store location is poorly run and should be avoided. Not open when they're supposed to be. Horrible, slow customer service. Rude and apathetic. Not knowledgeable. Drive the extra 10 minutes to another location so you don't have to deal with it.
