Sam in sales is so helpful!! I told him what I thought I needed to do (with almost no experience ) and he explained my best options and even sent me a list of everything I would need to buy to complete the job!! honestly it was such a great experience!! I purchased an item. It was due today but many states away. I called and asked about the item and the gentleman said its with fedex not my problem. So i asked to clarify for future orders once i order it and it leaves you wont help.. He decided to hang up on me. If you want good customer service surely do not use them
