Years ago I stopped getting my oil changed here. Too high pressure on the add ons. Today I needed a quick, no appointment option so I bit the bullet. Took my new to driving son there with his 2003 Ford Focus. They explained to him that he didn't need an oil change, viscosity was still perfect. And then did a free safety check, checked his tires and filled his fluids. What a great experience for him. You won a customer back today.

Dominic and Al went above and beyond in terms of customer service and where not just trying to sell me something (like other oil change places). Most importantly, they even pointed out that I had a leak in my windshield wiper fluid tank and told me how to fix it. You got a customer for life! Thanks, Dan Maier and his 2013 Toyota Carolla.
