Sparrs is one of my favorite greenhouses to visit. For the past couple of years I’ve been visiting greenhouses for my birthday and I always stop at sparrs. After the first year, I was actually remembered by the one of the employees the following year. They are always so kind and helpful. I love coming in and seeing the selections of plants and floral arrangements they have. The new greenhouse area they built looks fantastic. I just can’t say enough about this greenhouse. They care about the plants and their customers. Thank you for always being so great.

Me and my sister went here to buy a gift for our dad and these people are the best!!! The flowers are beautiful and vibrant! You can tell the staff has a passionate love for flowers and plants! I will definitely shop here in the future! thank you so much for the help :)

This place is amazing! The man who helped us was extremely patient and walked through every step of the process. He made sure we got the best flowers and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything we got. We came in last minute for an event and he worked with us to make sure we had a beautiful arrangement. I would absolutely recommend this place!

GO TO SPARRS! I went for hydrangeas and had no idea what I was looking for. Everyone was so incredibly helpful! Also, Jamal sent me off with a few add on flowers, it was so nice!! Everything looks so good in my yard.

I have been using this flower shop for over 30 years and never had a problem until my last order. I ordered flowers using their online site for a funeral and they were not delivered. When I called, I was accused of using the wrong address and told I wouldn't be refunded by the daughter of the new owners. The address had the church name but their delivery driver couldn't read English. I definitely used the correct information but was chastised by three employees that somehow it was my fault. The third finally admitted mistakes had been made by the flower shop, apologized, and refunded my money. I wouldn't be writing this review if I hadn't been brought to tears by the owner's daughter who hung up on me only to call me back to call me "Karen". My name is Laura. These flowers were going to a church only 4 miles from their shop. I couldn't get work off to attend and these flowers were my way of supporting the family. I will never use their services again and don't believe they will stay in business with how they treat customers.

We purchased citronella plants and shrubs for our yard, along with some annual flats for our raised beds. The plants are absolutely beautiful, and it’s apparent they are very well maintained. If you are looking to invest in a mature (5+ gallon) perennial, this is the best value I’ve seen in the area for quality of plant. There were a decent number of cars in the parking lot, but I instantly had help from two lovely individuals who were training on their first week, and doing amazingly. They helped me find everything I needed and more, get a cart and pick the plants I wanted, and helped me pack my car and make sure everything was just how we wanted it. We had additional help at checkout and car pack up as well. I’m newer to the area and plan on coming back this week to get more plants. Cannot recommend this nursery enough!

The young lady who just started working there, was a delight! She was very service oriented and tried to help me the best she could. I really appreciated her help and attitude. Sorry I didn't catch her name.

Terrible plants looked like they haven't been watered in days. No return policy, but not indicated on their receipts or in the store. Overpriced merchandise. Avoid at all costs.
