Very unsophisticated business mentality, definitely below a city like Plymouth. They often deactivate pay at pump and demand coming inside for payment! Even on Blizzard days! My tank is empty but I don’t intend to get out of my car in such an awful wet day to pay these mistrustful people inside! Will go to a normal station.

Really? Your pumps dont accept debit card at pump but I have to give you $50 on my debit card and you'll return me the balance after I fill up my tank in 7 days....? Am going to a real Shell station where stuff works.

Bad gasoline quality! My car’s MPG dropped to a level worse than what it was when it’s 0-10F over Christmas. It’s actually warm these days! Very suspicious.

Hours are not as advertised. Went there 9:30 pm to get gas, said they were open on google maps, were not open.

Be advised that under New Ownership: their pump pumped a mixture of water w/ gas into my car. I found out after the needle on my car did not move after I finished pumping. I suspected something was wrong so I called the police who could not help me. So I took my car into a shop and they were able to tell there was water in my tank. They said this is a scam going around right now for gas stations to charge for gas but only distribute a percentage of it and fill the rest w/ a substance such as water. The owner is a scammer and he knows it! STAY AWAY! I am exploring legal action. My advice so far that I can share is to stay away from gas stations that are so significantly cheaper than everywhere else (I only went here because they were 40 cents cheaper than everywhere nearby).

Too many pump issues. Attendant not friendly. Pump takes Kroger points from card but you Don't get the discount. You lose!
