“The two men working inside were the nicest post office workers I’ve ever encountered. I originally wished they had a shipping kiosk, but they were so pleasant that it was completely fine without one.”

“I've always had a good experience at this post office, meaning the inside front counter. Today it was super busy and only 2 employees working the counter. One had to step away but announced she would hurry back...and she did. Both were friendly and welcoming and worked to bring the line down as quickly as possible. Other locations should take training from this one.”

“How the heck are all the reviews for this Post Office not 5 star? I don't even live in N.H., and I go out of my way to go here. Always kind, prompt, helpful and professional. Much faster in and out than the others too.”

“Friendly and quick staff. Building always clean. Mail always gets where it’s supposed to go. Sometimes the line can be long but nothing they can really do about it, people gotta mail stuff”

“It's a post office. It's not therapy. It's not a doctors office. It's a place to mail letters and packages. Sometimes things break, like scales and stamp machines. People break things, no surprise. Later, they get fixed. Again, it is a post office and I mail things and get receipts and the system is still working. Is everyone friendly all the time? You can answer that yourself. Control your reaction and move on through your day. Reading the reviews SMH.”

“After having my package be in a Miss sent loop, Debbie was able to find my package out of like 400 parcels.

I appreciate the diligent staff add this location!
Thanks Debbie!”

“My wife and I needed new passports and photos. Christy was wonderful - very informative, helpful, organized, and most of all happy and positive. Filling out the forms at home and ensuring you bring everything you need to handle passports can be stressful, but Christy made it a great experience. Thanks again!”

“Dropped box of clothings, for Dracut, MA.
What an amazing person. I made few bo bos, like I re use amazon box with battery sticker. Gentlemen at the counter helped me remove that sticker by sticking a shery and tapped it. Again he this guy was very calm, helpful doesn’t show any signs of rush. Not sure about why people have given such a bad ratings. Even price wise, its alot cheaper than others. Definitely will always use this location.”

“All but one employee has been nothing but professional and friendly! We all work with that one person so I am guessing she is theirs! It’s a post office so I am not grading on the wait times.”

“On 9/1/21, I experienced a rude female USPS employee. The blue drop box states 5:00 p.m. collection pick up time. It was 4:34 p.m. when the employee rolled away the mail bin from the blue drop box. She refused to answer me in a professional manner, if the mail that gets placed into the drop box at the present time 4:35 p.m., will not be collected or processed until the following day?”

“I went here today to get my daughter's passport. We had an appointment at 2:15 and we were out the door by 2:35. I was super impressed! The employee that helped us was BUSY - helping us and another person who was also there for a passport and several other customers just coming in to mail packages.I noticed several negative reviews of people complaining about the employees being rude when they came in to get their passports and my suggestion would be to make sure you read everything you need to do BEFORE you go.You have to pay by check, bring all the required documentation and it's also suggested you complete and print the application BEFORE you get there. When you do the things they suggest, it's a smooth process. Also, I am sure the employees there deal with a lot of grumpy people. Try giving them the benefit of the doubt and be respectful.”
