I stopped here two days ago and got a skirt steak and a T-bone. Both were fantastic, as has been everything else I've gotten here. It's hard to find good steaks and this place is expensive, but worth it. Thanks guys.

First time I walked into this shop butcher today. The cleanliness was spectacular and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. A truly remarkable small business that has pride in their products. I will be using this butcher again without hesitation.

Love this butcher and the selection. The only thing we wish they had is more grass-fed beef.
