This is the best groomer I’ve ever been to. My dogs only get their nails cut but the patience and kindness the staff has towards the animals is unmatched. They are so awesome, i always tip more then the service because they take such good care of my weenie dogs!! Highly recommend if your pet is scared of the groomer.

We just visited Pet Spa Grooming for the first time with our Bernese Mountain Dog and I couldn’t be happier! The staff was amazing and did a fantastic job grooming our dog. We cannot believe how good she looks. I highly recommend Pet Spa Grooming, we won’t go anywhere else.

I don't take this lightly to give a one but when I'm asked to give out my dog's information for vet records in order to go to a groomer that's not unreasonable that makes logic sense of course. However when you push on to people that they need to give you and your so-called protected secure companies computer your private information in terms of a credit card or a debit card for a first-time potential experience with you that is unreasonable that is not acceptable and it's not appropriate. Some people prefer to pay in cash over credit, and to message me back after I left a voicemail out of the concern for this matter that I need to follow through your protocol and I'm just going there for a first time to see how this goes and provide you my credit card or debit cards number into your so-called secure system that is a serious concern I have, especially since this would be his first time here at this grooming place. I have talked to other grooming places and none of them would ever do something like that in which they took somebody's credit or debit card into a system that we personally don't know if it's secure even if you say it secure just for us to make a one appointment as a new potential customer here that does not sit well with me at all. And after talking with friends and family they also agreed the same that should not happen especially if it's a first time coming up to a new groomer or Grooming Salon the only thing that makes sense to ask is for the vet records outside of that should be asking for somebody's credit card or debit card and telling us in order to submit the rest of your information to you just have that first one time appointment to see how things go we have to give you a credit card information. And even after I explained to them hey I will personally come up there and give them my records for my dog so that he can get his appointment they actually will not do that they expect you to to fill out their forms online give them your credit card or debit card online cuz they're so called secure system in order for you to book your first appointment . There seems to be no reasoning with them on this matter I don't see any logic behind that I am not going to give my credit card or debit card over the phone to somebody let alone into a system that is claimed to be secure buy a new groomer that I'm going to be seeing for my dog I do not feel comfortable with that, neither should anybody else for a first time appointment like that have to do something like that you shouldn't feel comfortable at all that that just speaks volumes I will be going to a different groomer who does not require a credit card or debit card just to submit information about the dog and the records.

We brought our girls in to be groomed on Saturday, it was our first time here and we were very impressed! They took great care of Zelda and Sammus and even got them out a little early for us. They looked great, smelled great and clearly felt the confidence of their new looks. We will be back ?

Highly recommend pet spa grooming!! My 1 year old shih tzu, Rosie, is very nervous when it comes to being groomed. Additionally, we had gone too long without a groom (5 months) and she had extreme mats in her undercoat. She was matted all over her arms/legs, behind her ears, and bottom area. We know we should not have let it get that bad but, with other life responsibilities, daily brushing got away from us. She needed a good short shave to start over, and with her nerves I was concerned. We even tried to go to Petsmart (Northville) and they turned us away, saying she was too matted!!! While I rather use a local company like pet spa grooming, the petsmart online booking is very convenient. However we will NEVER be going back to petsmart. Pet spa grooming did a FANTASTIC job!! They safely and carefully groomed all her mats out, and did it quicker than I expected! They even gave her a cute little bandana to come home in. We will definitely be using pet spa grooming from here on out. Although they don't have online booking, they do have a text to book service which was extremely convenient when I was working and could not call. THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY PET SPA GROOMING STAFF!!!! You have no idea how much I appreciate you cleaning my little Rosie up. We will be brushing her daily from here on out!! Pet spa grooming has gained a repeat customer!!

Pet Spa Grooming is fantastic. They always do high quality work- they even took in my dog who was fearful and hesitant and did a beautiful job grooming her! I’m always pleased with the work these groomers do. Highly recommend, if you need a place that is dedicated to doing the best work for your pets and very reasonably priced, this is the place to go to!

Paid for a service of washing and trimming and something else I forgot. When I got him it was like I just gave my babe a bath and that was it. I mean they do a good job on washing the pups I guess but don't think it's wise to get a dog hair cut / trim here. Also, they could be a little bit more cleaner in the front. Wasn't to happy leaving my dog there when if the front is not clean... just had me worrying what the actual back part looked like and if it was up to par with being sanitary enough to clean dogs. Otherwise, people are really nice there and my babe was super clean.

We were very disappointed with our visit. First impression was the place was filthy, lobby, front desk and back! But we had an appointment for our two dogs so we let them groom them. We had three requests...one dog had a nodule on his head and we asked to scissor cut around it. TThey didn't listen and shaved over the spot causing it to bleed. Request #2 cut to 1/2 inch. Their faces are at least 1 1/2 inches long, uneven and look like they were done by the receptionist! Request #3 cut the tail fur shorter and thin it out. If anything, this was the puffiest tail I've ever seen! I even left a tip because I did t take a good look at them until we were home. We definitely won't be back.
