Having used this vet for many years,I returned to have some pets evaluated..I was very happy with services and feel I'm getting a vet that honestly cares and does everything to achieve that.

We’ve been going to this vet for 6+ years. They used to be amazing, but then started having a lot of turnover. Dr Nick was amazing and he left. We saw dr Engers twice for my senior black cat..both times she was cold. I understand being real with pet parents about possible prognosis, but what about some empathy and and warmth. The last straw was today when I called reception for a medication that dr Engers said we could add on if needed: I called about 840 am, and hadn’t heard back by 4, so called back to get an update: i guess that was unacceptable to GiGi, who was extremely annoyed and rude that I even had the audacity to call for an update. I asked if the prescription would be ready today and she curtly gave me no answer just she’d call me…. It’s 4pm on a Friday before the holiday weekend. It’s hard enough dealing with your pet who is at the end of his life. Either way, I’d stay clear of this place. I already moved my dog to roose animal hospital in plymouth and now will be doing the same for my cats. Really disappointed and hurt at the way they’ve treated me and my cats.Hope they treat other customers better

I'm done taking my cat there as a lousy nail trim is now close to $40.00. Also, the unrelenting pushing of other services while I was there was ridiculous!! I couldn't get out of there fast enough. If you go there, have deep pockets and expect them to to try selling you every possible service your animal can get.

We have taken our dog to Parkway since she was 8 weeks old.
Yesterday my wife tried to make an appointment for our yearly checkup and had the worst customer service experience imaginable.
She was demeaned and literally laughed at when she had a simple request for an early morning appointment any day of the week.
Completely unprofessional and unfortunate since we had no intention of changing provider prior to this interaction with the front desk snob.
See ya later ✌?

3rd visit in less than 6 months. Each time service has gotten worse from the moment I walk in the door. Today I was not greeted or checked in for almost 10 minutes because the receptionist wanted to play with a dog that was checking out (while also having someone on hold the entire time too). 3rd visit and they continued to think my cat was a male despite the surgeries on record. The vet brought up a diagnosis for my cat that they failed to both other times I brought them here? They then tried to run almost $300 worth of tests despite not even reading the notes right for my cats last visit. And on that note it will be my last visit to this clinic. I was referred here from a family member who used to take their dog here years ago but it seems they must have entirely new staff. Anything beyond basic routine checkups at this place are a gamble for both cost and quality.

I’ve been taking my pets here for 15 years. This clinic was great up until it was sold to a private equity firm around 3-4 years ago. Yes, a private equity firm now owns this clinic (it’s an unfortunate trend around the country). Since this new ownership, there has been a revolving door of doctors and staff. Service has gone downhill significantly and prices have become outrageous. This clinic now practices on the premise that every minute needs to be monetized and providing care is secondary. If you have an urgent need for your pet to be seen, don’t expect to get an appointment any time soon. They can’t keep enough doctors on staff there, so appointments are often a long wait. Do yourself a favor and find an independently owned vet clinic, not a corporation.

I rated this 5 stars many years ago. It's gone downhill ever since unfortunately. The office staff seem to always have trouble doing their job. Whether, it's paying a bill, returning phone calls, or just everyday tasks.

I have been going to Parkway Veterinary Clinic for over 35 years. I would never take my dogs to any other place. The doctors are excellent, the staff is outstanding. I have recommended them to so many people I can’t even count and I’ve never heard anyone say anything negative about them.I’ll continue to go to Parkway for my two current little dogs and all future dogs.I’ve never considered going anywhere else. My dogs are my family and my family deserves the best!!
