Was given the wrong pads by a different napa location. Greg saved me the trouble of driving back with metal on metal brake pads to the napa I got them from that was about 30 minutes away. Had the receipt cause I had just bought them like 2 hours prior. They let me exchange for the correct pads at their location. Thanks for saving me the trip and getting me the actual correct parts for my car. ?

Reasonable prices on parts. Not much of friendly customer service, but they get the job done. Don’t expect them to smile or say thank you or anything like that. Just a bunch of old grumpy men working there and they have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.

They open at 8am not 7:30am.I informed the old guy at the counter of this and he told me the hours online don’t matter.But as a customer wasting my time does matter.Won’t be back.
