“Jacob was our Verizon salesman at 42177 Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth. He normally works at the Victra Verizon store on 12 mile road in Farmington Hills, but was filling in today at the Plymouth store.
Our visit today working with Jacob was the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store!
Jacob was knowledgeable about the products, and sold us a Samsung S24 Ultra and accessories. I will definitely return to this store and the Farmington Hills Verizon store for great service.

“Ash helped me today on 6/19/2024 more than he knows. I cracked my screen to my Samsung Galaxy S23, and was really upset and crying at the thought of paying a large deductible even having insurance on my phone. He worked his magic, took the time to research my account and helped me save so much money, making it under 100$ for the new GalaxyS24 plus lowering my monthly bill significantly. He even offered me some bottled water and was so calm and reassuringly told me he was here to fix my problem. And he did that and more. He also helped me save on a Otterbox and screen protector that will insure my phone for up to 250 dollars damage. He made a scary process not so scary and fixed my issue in under an hour. I will always come to this store and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again, Ash.”

“Most Verizon stores I dealt with had very, poor service. And when you actually got service were very pushy trying to sell you a new phone or features you don't need. Not this Verizon store, they (primarily Jawan) helped me improve my elderly (with absolutely no tech skills) mom's current cell phone, so she could better function with it. This took 2 visits, but Jawan took the time to help us with the various settings to make them elderly-friendly, gave us his honest opinion and didn't try to convince her she needed a new phone (she'd never learn how to use it)”
“Had to replace a cracked screen on a really old iPhone model. They had it in stock and replaced it very affordably. The new screen had a few issues so I brought it back and they got it running right as rain with no extra charge. Very friendly and accommodating”
