My 21 year old son (shockingly) sprung on us an internship travel situation that required a combo of business casual and professional. We started at Macy’s where it was in disarray and there was no help. We called Milano’s at 5:50pm asking when they close (6:30pm). They said they’d stay for us. We got there at 6:23pm, and left at 6:57pm - with a suit, sport jacket, 2 shirts and a pair of pants. Chad was amazing. Helpful, flexible, suggesting options we hadn’t considered, but never pressuring. Truly an amazing local experience. Very highly recommend!

My spouse invited me to a work party, last minute found out that it was cocktail attire instead of business casual so I was in need of a sharp suit over my collection of casual attire. I did a Google search of the Canton/Plymouth/Westland area and decided to give my business to Milano based on reviewsOn December 13th I visited Milano and Chad was there to greet me as I told him my situation and what I was looking for, my spouse in tow. I was given ever option and told that any suit I selected would be tailored to my size in house and even done a day before I needed it, which was the 17th. In a day and age where customer service is difficult to find, Milano went above and beyond to help me, make me feel comfortable and work with me. If you need a suit, sport coat or business casual clothes, I highly recommend coming here.

Rented a tuxedo from here last month. Everything was seamless and it fit great! I plan on coming here in the future when I need a new dress shirt or sport coat.

My husband was extremely desperate, he rented a suit for our daughter's wedding from an online business who rented space in a store. He was measured in the store but everything else was done online and it did not fit at all!! It came 10 days before her wedding and the shirt looked like a nightgown on him, the jacket was too big and it just looked plain cheap! Being 10 days before her wedding which was Sept 18th, they wanted to send another size but couldn't take the chance of going back and forth so I called trying to find a suit to rent. I am so happy I called Milano's!!!! They said not too worry, he had plenty of time and he went there the next day to be measured. He picked it up 2 days before her wedding, he tried it and it fit like it was custom made for him!! The service he received was fantastic, I would give Milano's 100 stars if I could!!! I cannot thank them enough for what they were able to do!!

Great place in a great small town setting. Got personal service and an outstanding Italian suit at a great price. 3 days to execute free alterations and my new suit fits like a glove. You have to come here and let them fit you!!!

My husband needed a suit for our daughter's wedding - great selection, perfect service and expert tailor on-site. Roger was knowledgeable and so very helpful! Traditional and modern clothing. Wish I had know about this place years ago.

Took my son here for an opinion on a tux rented online. He was officiating a wedding in 3 days and the suit was so amature looking. After walking into the shop, we were promptly greeted and made to feel welcome. After a few temporary tweeks to the jacket, the tux looked 100% better. There was a $100 charge for temporary alterations and pressing, but if you have a position of honor at a gathering the right fitting suit is worth a million bucks. After talking to a few men(its family owned/operated) we learned that they do fast alterations and everyone is super stylish. Added bonus: they're making and donating face masks to slow the spread of Covid-19.
