Tina did an amazing job with our 10 year old German Shepherd. She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable, our dog wasn’t anxious at all. We will definitely be taking her back!

I was trying to find a new groomer for my pet. The last one lost her staff cut back on clients. I am so disappointed I have 2 pomeranian and when I got home and looked at them good I wanted to go back and get my money. They had crust still under there eyes, I asked to make sure to trim them evenly. There was no trimming. The worst groomer I have ever been to. I paid a $140 learn that mistake..

I’ve been taking my 100lb Labrador Retriever to Tina for about 5 years now. It’s always a pleasant experience. She takes special care with his nail trims as he’s had a prior groomer clip too short, so he’s skittish about one paw in particular and he even lets her trim the hair btwn his paw pads. He’s never been crated so I love there are no cages and he’s the only one there while she works, which makes it super fast! He’s usually ready in less than an hour looking great and smelling fresh. Highly recommend!

We have been taking our dog to Tina for over 4 years. We have found her to be sweet and caring with regard to our 4 legged family member. We enjoy the fact that our dog never sits in a cage while waiting to be groomed or picked up. Thank you Tina for doing a wonderful job! We now reside in northern Michigan. However, we still bring our dog to MC Pet Concierge because we know she’ll be groomed perfectly with the care that we appreciate.

Tina does amazing work. We have been bringing our wild fluffy Saint Bernard to her since she was a puppy. (4 years) Winnie loves her spa time. Our Saint is a long hair and very active. She gets mats in her coat very quickly. Tina always works them out without cutting them out. Winnie always looks and smells amazing. I couldn't recommend her enough! She truly loves dogs and only takes one at a time so they aren't caged.

Ziggy came out very clean and (relatively) calm. By far the best experience we have ever had with him at a groomer. The one animal at a time approach is great for nervous dogs.

I took my dog in to be groomed. While the place was nice, I noticed my dog was uneasy around Tina the groomer. I stayed around for a while before leaving because I just felt uneasy. I walked into the back and to my horror Tina had her thumb in my dogs butt. While I appreciate this type of behavior, my dog didn't seem to be into it. I don't like I'll be going back.

Love Tina. My girl isn't the easiest to groom but she always looked great after her spa days. Unfortunately she can no longer get up stairs but Tina has come to my house to trim her nails. You can tell that she cares for her fur-clients.

If proof of an immunization is required that should be communicated to a customer in advance of their appointment, not as they walk in the door for their scheduled appointment. Very poor communication and extremely unprofessional.

We love and are totally loyal to MC Pet Concierge. Professional, personal, affordable. Corky loves getting his spa day every three months and now are German Husky puppy is going to be getting some de-shedding treatments done. Wonderful business owner and person. A shining example for small businesses.
