They do an excellent job here! I've had them replace multiple tires on my work truck. They are super fast and so kind. My go-to!

I use March tire for all of my automotive repairs for my daughters car. They do good work, are very honest and are always willing to help with the cost for my daughter who is still in college. I have never experienced a situation where they are trying to sell me something that I do not need. Furthermore, they performed extra warranty work and did not charge a penny for that extra work.

We started going to March Tire for oil changes in 2021. They were close enough to home that we could walk or bike back after dropping off our car and competitively priced. The prices continued to rise (as did every price during COVID) and the service waned, but we stuck with them because of the convenience. That all changed after this last service.
My wife dropped my car off to get an oil change and tire rotation before I went on a long trip. They sent her a text with the usual upsells: engine air filter, cabin filter, coolant flush (interesting, because I got one less than 10,000 miles earlier from a different shop), and battery terminal cleaning. She said yes to the cleaning, as I've been dealing with corrosion issues.
We swapped cars later that day and she let me know about the battery cleaning. I popped the hood to look and there was still corrosion on the negative terminal and brace. I called up the shop and the guy said to bring it back in and they'd make it right.
I stopped by on the way home and after a bit of conversation, he was true to his word. I drove home, parked and went to convert my tire pressure to psi. They had filled my tires to 51 psi!! That's the sidewall max! I double checked with my gauge in the garage and got 50 psi readings. I called up again, asking if a new tech worked on my vehicle and got told it must be an uncalibrated gauge in the shop (um ok) and was told to bring it up and they'd fix it. I let out the air to the proper pressures myself.
I left the car at a buddy's place for over a week during that trip and get back and check my tire psi on my dash again as I have two tires with slow leaks. Those lower reading tires are in the exact same locations on the car as before we took it in. With my directional tires, I know they also never actually rotated my tires.
TL;DR: got charged for a half done terminal cleaning, tires inflated to max pressure levels, and the tire rotation I paid for was never completed. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

I recently had March Tire replace a timing chain in my VW Passat. After paying $3800 for the repair, the check engine and ESC lights were still continuously illuminated (and therefore I was unable to use the cruise control), and they could not determine the problem despite several attempts. They recommended I take it to a dealership to resolve. However, after the matter was brought to the owner's attention, they worked very hard to locate the problem, which they ultimately found. They had to replace several engine parts. They clearly spent a good amount of mechanic time on it, all for no additional charge. They had the vehicle for over a week but were able to provide me a loaner during this time. They did a good job of keeping me apprised of the progress. At the end of the day, the vehicle is running great, the warning lights are no longer illuminated, and the cruise control is operational. I appreciate the extra effort March Tire put in to make this right. Thank you.

Had tires put on here before and it was a great interaction and was quick in and out. Brought my van in today to have two tires put on that I was supplying. I was told about an hour and they would get started. 3 hours and asked how things were going... "Oh good they're working on it now" only to find an hour later they can't lift my van and cannot put the tires on. What a complete waste of the day. I top of this they claim they installed the lug nut cover that isn't there. Not a great experience!!

Price gouging at its best. The same service that they provided previously on multiple occasions all of the sudden has gone up by more than 50%. They blame it on inflation of course - which I would have accepted as a 6, 7 or even 10% increase but not more than the outrageous amount they are charging. Unfortunately they lost a customer that had serviced three vehicles at their shop. Ridiculous.
