Good luck getting a call back. Getting my CPAP in the first place required me to reach out to them a handful of times because they certainly weren’t following up on my script to them. Finally got the thing and it’s fine, but I’ve called a few times because the online portal didn’t work for me. Had to know to not include or to include a hyphen somewhere. Stupid. Recently, they’ve been sending the wrong filters. Contacted Lincare through the website. No response. Did the online chat which was utterly useless and the person working there was difficult to understand. I called the local office as they suggested. The first time I called today I was on hold for too long so I hung up. I called back and the phone rang and rang. Finally an answering service answered. EVEM AFTER CALLING THE LOCAL OFFICE, I STILL CANT TALK TO ANYONE. Still no call back and I don’t anticipate one anytime soon. I’m going to double check if I own this machine and switch to a different provider. This is sub par and non-existent customer service.
The patient portal does not work properly, and YET AGAIN, I’m left waiting weeks for a call back to change my PCP. My supplies are incorrect amd I can’t get a hold of anyone to discuss this with. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
Also, Lincare’s responses to the lack of service are lazy and just a copy and paste response. Lincare, you owe it to your customers to do better.

I only receive 2 green oxygen tubings per month. Not enough because at the connection site MOLD BUILDS UP. I NEED AT LEAST 4 TUBES PER MONTH SO I CAN CHANGE OUT WEEKLY
I can't breathe as it is. I don't want to breathe in mold. LINCARE said I can only have 2. I down grade the company for this reason only. Other than that you're perfect.

Lincare is a pathetic excuse for a company. I needed a CPAP machine. Did video conference to order headgear. They sent the wrong one. I called corporate to change. They told me to call local place. Local place had no idea what I was talking about. Finally sent correct headgear in wrong size, which I could not use. But the replacement pieces were for original wrong equipment anyway. Had my PCP send in a prescription for the correct equipment. Never heard from them. Called. No one called back. I don’t know how they stay in business, or how they have avoided the AG’s office.

Poor service all the way around. They expect you to stay home all day till they can get around to you. They say they will call you back they don’t.

Thanks for the response but you obviously didn’t read my comment. The problem is I’ve called your office MULTIPLE times and nobody there will return my call. I NEED A MEDICAL DEVICE. It shouldn’t take 2 months to get a return phone call. So for you to now ask me yo call again is absolutely PATHETIC! I’m not calling again. I’m switching to a different provider. I’ve informed my doctor’s office of your poor customer service and they didn’t seem surprised. My next step is filing a complaint with the state of Michigan. Maybe you guys will at least respond to them.
Very disappointed in this company. Was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and my doctor submitted all of my paperwork to Lincare so I could get a cpap machine and address my problem. 6 weeks later and after multiple calls to Lincare, I still don’t have a machine. In fact, Lincare hasn’t returned one of my calls. Not sure how this place can stay in business being his irresponsible and negligent.

Don't return call's. Most are very rude, I stoped using them years ago becuase they were charging my insurenance aswell as billing be for supply's the were not sending. Had to go back becuase the service I was using went out of business. Lack of choices

They are dishonest she test the machine with chip pipe and later she took the and change the pipe without chip it doesn't work.

Had good experience so far. That was 3 months ago Lincare is not a company that should be in business I have been calling and calling to get supplies for CPap. Just promises and nothing. I’m going to report to Medicare for not sending supplies

If I could leave zerp stars I would. Incompetent and disrespectful. Loved one is in the last days and they keep calling when told to stop. Previously needed oxygen supplies and they wouldn’t send/deliver them.

Do NOT use this company! The Technician spewed profanity at me when I called about the concentrator going out in the middle of the night because he was “tired.” He didn’t care that the portable tanks were running out. He never comes out to replace them. He has not been out in 9 months! The guy refused to tell me his name, has zero empathy, and makes a stressful situation so much worse. Please please do not use this company for yourself or your loved ones! There are other companies.

The customer service for Lincare is a sad joke. Zero empathy and incredibly unhelpful. My father-in-law had a stroke several years ago which affected his speech greatly. He cannot give you numbers no matter how hard he tries. They want his date of birth and full address, which he is not able to do. He'll ask me to help him and they tell me I'm not approved to talk to them, even though he literally just gave permission to let me help him. We've been into the local office and I'm told I'm all set to approve his orders, just to go through the bull of not being "allowed" to help him on his next order call. If we could find somewhere else, I'd move him to a new medical supply company in a heartbeat. I cannot BELIEVE that a company delivering medical supplies could be so apathetic to it's clients.
