The staff in the bakery is always so pleasant. I usually order cakes from here and they haven’t disappointed. They are so kind and the cakes are so good. 10/10

I had a terrible experience at this Kroger today. For starters, the veggies were wilted and not "fresher than fresh", shelves were picked over and empty, and the employees restocking/online curb side store shoppers were blocking whole isles ( so you couldn't get down them to look). On top of this, QR codes for on sale items were not working, we waited 15min for a cashier attended when the you scan froze, and they refused to accept coupon for pre sliced deli meat (they claimed it was for pre packaged but doesn't say that anywhere on coupon). Not the first time this has happened at this store for me. I will be telling friends and neighbors to avoid this location at all costs.

Long line Wednesday December 27th 2023!cashier at register 6 had to beg a worker to help bag groceries for customers!!!very sad!she was working very hard to get the line thru by herself!! Also spoiled choppedonions in small container!!.

Gena brought the groceries to my apartment door and unloaded them into my wagon so I didn't have to bend over to get them from the floor. She was very friendly and efficient.

All items I was shopping for were available. The 5 mile and Haggerty store is laid out differently than most Krogers, more like the Holiday market.

Better than some other Kroger stores but still has its problems. Bought 2 large avocados yesterday. Firm on the outside and black on the inside. They need to toss all those large avocados.

The ladies that work primarily at the customer service desk are moody and unfriendly, and they act like they don't want to be there. They need to be replaced with someone who wants to service customers.Quite often the lights are out at the service desk and there is no one there to help or answer questions. The company needs to do better if they value their customers

Switched from the AA road location to here for a pickup. Aurora was outstanding! She greeted me with a smile! 100% complete order. Coming back, even though it’s further away.
