I’m from out of state. First time at this Kroger’s. Stopped for two things. Went to the meat market to see if they carried a particular sausage my dad loves. After saying excuse me 4 times the young lady working stocking deli meats turned and looked at me as if I was bothering her. I inquired about Queen City sausages that are sold in Kroger’s in southern Ohio. She frowned at me and gave me a stern no and went back to stocking. Even after that interaction I thanked her. No response. Went to the front of the store looking for a car charger and the young lady working the self check out kindly assisted me with grabbing the charger. This interaction balanced my visit out. It won’t stop me from shopping at Kroger’s when in town which is very frequently however I will stick to the Clinton Township store. Customer Service is A1.

Super cool grocery with a warm welcoming vibe. Great selection including lots of local brands. Many ready to eat meal options including hot food, salads, soup and more. Very friendly staff.

Store is good but deli department needs to do a better job at answering their phones in a timely manner. Parking lot is also too congested.

I live within 2 miles of this store so have given them chance after chance to improve. I have done weekly grocery pickups/or deliveries for over a year. This store hands down has the worst pickup out of every store I have tried. Multiple times I have had my morning or afternoon pickup postponed to the next day. Often 1/4 of order or more is out of stock. Produce is not picked well. Twice they forgot a bag and I had to return to the store. I often drive by this store to pickup at another kroger or Meijer further away. When I go in the store the wait times are insane. The lines will be down the aisles and they have 2 lanes open. Some mornings there are zero lanes open....only self scans. That is always fun with $300 of groceries. Majority of the staff is rude. I’m not sure why they can’t find or keep good staff. I am a pretty understanding and patient person but this has been ongoing and before Covid. It has only gotten worse. Just super disappointing that this is the closest store to my home. Other Kroger’s in the area are much better!

The Kroger ClickList service here is terrible. We’ve had many occasions where it’s taken nearly an hour to deliver our grocery order to our car. Or in other instances they claim they don’t have numerous items, yet when we go in and check they do. I like the Kroger store itself, but the ClickList service needs to be reworked

Gross cashier rang us up with his NOSE OUT and touched his face more than once. Looked like a manager. We complained to the service desk and they stared blankly. Unsafe branch. Wipe down everything you buy here.

The ladies that work pick up have gotten my order wrong twice. I called management, they did nothing. Had to call corporate. Management said “at least we gave you $5. That was us being generous”. They gave me the wrong order. Went home said I would bring it back and there was no sorry or remorse. Just “we are short staffed” excuse.

A large variety of what you want and the store is staffed by friendly UFCW union associates that receive food benefits and a fair wage that enable them to be contributing members to their communities.
