Store is ok for a Kroger, but keep an eye on the baggers, especially if you have a large amount of items, they are robbing people

I do not usually shop at this location, however, my parents do and I was with my mom today. I shop at my neighborhood Kroger faithfully 1-2 times weekly. Half of the items on my list were out of stock at this location. The Kroger associates I encountered were rude and very unpleasant. I have never walked out of an establishment leaving everything behind because of how disrespected I felt as a customer. The self checkout Kroger associate, Amy, removed items from my hand as if I were a child. She then informed me that she would have to reset the belt because it was frozen, and then pressed a button before leaving myself and the customer behind me to go back to the other self checkout registers, never telling us that we would need to join a different line. After the other customer and I were conversing about if she planned on coming back, she shouted from the other self checkout “you’ll need to join another line”…. minutes after we were still standing there thinking she was coming back to fix the register. I will NEVER spend my money at this Kroger. I hope Scott, the Kroger leader actually addresses the concerns I shared with him about the two not so pleasant associates, Amy and Unknown male, I spoke to him about because I hope no one ever has this same experience. Grocery shopping can be chaotic but for some it’s therapeutic, guess I will have to find a different form of therapy this Sunday to relieve me of this experience.

Kroger Pick Up is not reliable. Power outage I understand. Then they get IT outage nationwide, ok. Today, "they're running behind". Not ok.

Time to find a new weekly store. Every time I shop at this location, 1/4 of the items on my grocery list are out of stock. Every single week. We shouldn't need to go to two separate stores every week just to complete our shopping. Produce is usually poorly stocked. Always leave this store in a bad mood. Time to start shopping at Meijer.

I like this location. However, I am highly dissatisfied with the Click List pickup. This is the second time I’ve arrived 10-15 minutes early to pick up my order, and someone calls me right before or walks out to me only to tell me my order is not ready and can be picked up the next day. I use this service as it makes it easier to grab groceries and is convenient for a house full. This will be my last pick up order with Kroger period. I will discontinue the use of this service going forward.

My family and I have been going to this location for many years. It's our favorite store. But lately one of the managers has been giving us a hard time. Every time, we want to send money with Western Union. He bully's us and refuses to send it. And we are not the only people he does it to. We have reported him to western union and others. But it's an ongoing problem.

Don't expect to have the shelf stock even in 2024. Kroger is a franchise that doesn't case about late shift workers so don't expect to have produce when you arrive after 5pm

I feel like I'm here way too often to return cans, but they make it an easy process. I go out of my way for this one because it is typically cleaner and faster than other locations. Doug is also a great guy!

Mixed feelings on this Kroger.
Understaffed checkout lanes 2/5 stars
Grocery Pickup 4/5
Parking lot 2/5
Grocery Pickup.
Con: Have called to talk to pick manager a few times. Some times the new young works throw groceries into the trunk, like how about eggs on the bottom in bag, with drinks in another bag on top. Or bread on the bottom. It feels like a little more emphasis on this stuff in training would fix this. Common sense too.
Positive: they handle forgotten items and thus refunds very quickly with a call.
Parking lot: Almost EVERY time I go to this Kroger and enter from Ann Arbor Rd rolling thru the lot towards the pickup area someone blows thru a stop sign.....errr I should said there is not a stop sign because Kroger doesn't put them at the end of the rows on the East side of their lot. This store should have been required to have a small grass area at the end of each parking lane. You can't see past the F150 pickup truck "houses". Plus people don't seem to care. I drive slow thru the lot and like I mention someone almost always gets a close call with me. Drivers are not taking their time and bad parking lot design.
