If you are looking for a realtor, ask for Connie. She was absolutely fantastic! Went above and beyond everything we could have asked for. Never felt pressured to do anything with her. She was easy to reach any time of day and always got back to us when we needed something. It’s hard to find someone like this where you only have to request something once and they get back to you quickly. She was a wealth of knowledge and it shows from her countless years of experience. I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Connie from Michael and Khristanna!

I received no less than a dozen calls this morning from this office and other associated offices on a piece of property that is NOT associated with me in any way. After returning several, only one individual showed any concern whatsoever. Please stop the harassment immediately.Still getting harassment calls, no response from this broker. Lack of professional courage 4/18/23

Mike Bancroft was great to work with; he sold our rental property quickly and made the process easy from start to finish. He answered all of my calls and texts immediately and was available and easy to get in touch with if needed. His attention to detail was amazing. He understood the neighborhood and studied the market to get us the best sell price possible. I highly recommend him if you are looking to sell or buy.

As many others have stated, these people are very, very unethical and indifferent. I was ghosted until i reached out to their headquarters (it's a franchise) and even then i was given lies and the run around. Taleya Kelly, Brent the broker and Jeff the owner are pieces of work that bank on an inability to have a legal stand off so they do whatever they please and assume there won't be repercussion. Taleya Kelly knowingly didn't disclose on a failed city inspection that in all of her listings on behalf of an out of state seller, she only mentioned once and it wasn't on any of the major listings (Trulia, Zillow etc) but did falsely state the house was ready for purchase when factually it failed inspection and no certificate of occupancy was obtained. Taleya sleeps well at night and then vacations in Italy after knowing she didn't disclose or get an escrow for the repairs, some of which i specifically demanded and was denied. Her excuse for being morally bankrupt? My agent should have been better. She refused to get a new furnace but offered a moot warranty on a furnace that was not only on the inspection list but not long after the purchase of the home failed and was emitting carbon monoxide. Luckily we had purchased detectors which were also on the list but never acquired. Brent lied with ease about Taleya's knowledge of the inspection, my window being closed for remedy and blamed Covid when covid wasn't even a factor at the time. If Taleya is the seller or anyone from Keller Wiliams be on high alert. Check other reviews. They'll do anything for a sell.

Had a very unprofessional experience with an unscrupulous agent from this brokerage. Hard ball tactics and broken promises. My advice would be to avoid at all costs and give your business to others who are ethical and have integrity.

Horrible....would never recommend this agency..misleading communication during entire process produce only (1) lead after 6 weeks of working with them...watch out for the agency retention contact they will try to slip into your paperwork trying to lock you in to their poor service for six months...bad experience all the way around. I'm giving 1 start only because it wouldn't let me give them 0.

We had the best experience with buying and selling with our agent Mike Bancroft. Even with the covid pandemic going on he was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process with us. It was great having an agent very knowledgeable in the area we were looking to buy in also. He was always available when we had any questions or problems come up. We don’t see moving in the foreseeable future but if it happens we will definitely work with him again. We highly recommend him for sure!

Nancy Hildebrandt was great to work with! I’ve been looking for a house for awhile and Nancy was very patient and always available to go looking at new houses with me. To top it off she was able to help me close a deal on my first house during covid-19. Talk about an amazing realtor. Love her and would totally go back to her next time I’m on the market.
