The top parking lot is open again no construction so ample spots to park. As of 2023- Update Now I see Dr.Deborah Weener here. Visit experience is still very good. I show up at appt time. Wait for 10 mins max after check-in then be ushered into the fold, check my weight ushered into an exam room where the nurse updates all my info. Then wait 10-15 mins for Dr. to show up, after a comprehensive checkup I leave. All very good service. NOW IHA has started a practice, you dont even have to pay a copay. They just bill you. And if you cant pay the bill, there is access One that will setup a payment plan as to what you can afford. So everyone is happy.

Terrible customer service! One main line where you wait for 20 minutes only to be rushed to another hold time for you needs. Cannot even connect to your MD office directly with questions until jumping throught hoops or complaining. Access via phone is ridiculous.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Shrock and Dr. Gillman, but they have zero openings for appointments. I've had my appointments cancelled and they try to reschedule months out. You will never be able to schedule an appointment the same week so if you're sick and need medical help they will not accommodate you. Staff is lovely, they are just extremely overbooked at all times.

I would love to give this place five stars because Dr. Tobin truly deserves all the recognition for what a great doctor he is, and how awesome he is with my children. But I’m giving it a one star because if it were not for Dr. Tobin, I would have changed offices for my kids a long time ago just because of how unpleasant this office always is. It’s always the mean older lady at the check-in desk that is so rude, and so unpleasant to speak with.

Doctors and staff are wonderful! Like a lot of men, I was uncomfortable discussing health issues, but Stephanie Gillman, PAC, took time to listen and explain/suggest reasonable goals to set for better health. Thank you

Horrible experiences. Always waiting 30-60 minutes to be seen. Had an annual physical summer of 2023 - when front desk staff asked if insurance has changed I responded no all is the same on my end. Upon receiving the bill, this was processed Out of Network. Their contract with my insurer ended a few months back but was never communicated regarding it. Now paying $700 dollar for a free annual Physical.I've had more luck handling my health holistically then when I have ever came here with concerns.

I used HealthEquity's chat, that holds my Health Savings Account, to solve an invoice issue with this provider, Trinity Health-IHA Medical Group, that HealthEquity paid but Trinity rejected it due to its primordial, primitive, and Flinstone system! Not only that, Trinity referred it to its stupid collections agency named First Credit: D*** and Dumber! The amount? $127.00. I had to waste an hour of my time on this trivial amount and collection agency's ignorance, just because of a faulty Trinity system! I called First Credit and the person who answered said she has been dealing all morning with calls from people who already paid Trinity Health's invoices. However, she could not find mine and she hurriedly hung up the phone in my face to get another call. First Credit was no help at all!The HealthEquity Customer Service Professional I called for help was very diligent, accurate, friendly, efficient, and re-assuring. He dug the information out and let me know what was the problem, and told me because of the provider's payment rejection, HealthEquity issued a paper check. He made a note to let the Provider and its collections agency know what happened and not to hurt my credit.

Lab tech don’t know how to draw a blood from a new born. Lab tech Marie took 30 mins and my daughter cried 30 mins constantly. Need better friendly staff even at front desk. We visited few times here but it’s been horrible experience recently. I would change my lab next time.

Called on the phone and inquired if Covid symptom patients were placed in another area. I was told “yes.” Arrived and watched symptomatic individuals be placed in the waiting room with healthy patients. The waiting room was crowded and doctors were running 45 minutes to an hour behind.

MAs, MDs and the desk staff are great but the triage nurses are horribly rude. Especially "Samantha R". She's rude through the portal.

Great doctors, but when you call to schedule an appointment you are on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and then the appointment is booked way out.

The IHA team in Plymouth is fantastic. I be Abe been a patient there for several years and have seen several doctors (all of them have been great and have listened to me).I see Dr. Vanhooser now. He is a amazing doctor, he really cares, takes time to listen and is equally great with my son. His nurse is also very personable and has a positive attitude. I highly recommend making an appointment with him and visiting this team.
