My experience with Ideal Auto Body shop was literally IDEAL! Jim was professional, helpful, and communicative on the status of the repair. My car was ready timely and newly washed when I got there to pick up. I highly recommend Ideal.

Extremely unprofessional! I was told by Jim -The guy upfront that I was about 3 weeks out when we had the estimate written up for some minor repairs on a rear bumper . And then he lied about not being able to get the parts for 4+ weeks. So I got the parts for him and he asked me to give him two weeks so he could schedule me in. Called him the next day and I am now being told that he cannot schedule me in as promised. He obviously didn't want my business and he could have told me flat out. He has absolutely no respect for my time and never responded to emails.So keep it up Jim since you won't have a job soon! I just feel sorry for the guy who owns the body shop b/c this Jim guy is running it to the ground for him!

Ideal Body shop is amazing! They went out of their way to help locate my car after a miscommunication, and did amazing work on the repair. And they were communicative throughout the whole process. I really appreciate their business and awesome service.

While I was not able to get in because they are pretty full for the next couple weeks. I appreciate that they actually answer their phone unlike other shops in the area. The gentleman was professional and nice over the phone.

I stopped by without an appointment because I was having the hardest time removing my license plate. The man at the front was kind enough to take time out of his day to help me. I wasn’t even a paying customer. Just good overall kindness.
