“Thanks to Aaron and his outstanding team, I was able to thoroughly enjoy the Hyatt Place in Novi. I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. With its many amenities, combined with its adjacent location next to the Suburban Showplace, it clearly provides an excellent high-value option for both business and vacation/weekend customers.
The entire super friendly staff ensured an outstanding customer service experience during my stay. While attending a trade show next door, I was also able to also enjoy the indoor pool and abundant local shopping offerings.
Several quality food and beverage options are onsite, including one with a huge outdoor fire place fun for social gathering and adult beverages. For breakfast, the free warm buffet was convenient, quick, and tasty.
I left the Hyatt with a full belly, a smile on my face, and a desire to return very soon.

“Great hotel with easy access to the Detroit airport!
Staff working the front desk were polite and knowledgeable. Room was spacious, clean, and seemed to be recently renovated.
Hotel amenities were also nice. Small snack store in the lobby, fitness center, and an indoor pool with a hot tub.
The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have eaten at. Very impressed by the omelette station they offer.
Would stay here again, recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay near the airport.”

Good breakfast with a big variety of food. The food area was very clean, and organized. The tea and coffee area was wonderful! The hot water, variety of teas, creamers etc was very nice.
The hospitality was amazing, and the employee Elham was the sweetest and kindest person!! She greeted me and others every morning, made great conversation and worked hard to keep things wiped down, restocked and tidy. Elham would be my reason to return here to stay while I'm traveling on business. Thank you Elham for being so amazing! Holiday Inn Express, you are fortunate to have her on your staff!! Thank you!”
“It’s a centrally located hotel, but there isn’t much going on within a square mile. The indoor pool claims to be heated, but it’s not heated well enough to justify swimming in the winter. The breakfast bar is good and has good choices, but it’s not included and run around $25/person. The food is great though.
The bar has all the usual options for drinks, the food menu is good too. The bartender is a little lukewarm and picks and chooses who he’s kind to. He has an attitude that says he’s annoyed by most.
The front desk team was okay. A few people actually tried to be helpful and professional while others were annoyed and distracted by playing video games that they’d brought with them.
We’d stay here again because it’s the closest to our office, but we wouldn’t really recommend it.”
“No complaints. Outside and hallways looked a little outdated therefore I was a little skeptical upon arriving. To my suprise the rooms were updated and clean. Pool is also a decent size. Includes complimentary breakfast.”
“People make the difference, and this location has great people. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay for a baseball tournament. However, I made a horrible traveler's mistake and left a backpack with a laptop in the room when I checked out. When I called, in a panic, Ali, from housekeeping, had already brought my bag to the front desk. Sarah at the front desk took care of everything from there. We emailed a shipping label to her, and she took care of it from there. When you have people that will help you out in a pinch even after checkout you found the right place to stay.”

“We LOVED our stay! The kids had a blast in the gigantic pool. We're already planning the next birthday here. They have basketball. The kids were tuckered out to say the least haha the rooms we had were spacious and the cleaning staff are great. I hate feeling like I can't trust what I'm sleeping in!! The bed was sooooo comfortable I didn't want to go home to sleep in my bed lol very friendly staff too id like to add”
“Location is perfect distance to the airport, and hotel is nice. Lots of pilots and flight attendants stay here too. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 4am till midnight to and from the airport too. Would recommend!”

“My overall stay was good. Phenomenal customer service. My reason for a 4 star is because not being aware of the $100 deposit. Even though I wasn’t aware, that was okay. I really wanted to inform people that don’t have banks and think you can tap pay with PayPal, cash app etc without an actual card, you can not. Even though my crew had a nice time in the pool I was on edge due to the pool starts at 4”12, so close to 5 feet once stepping in the water. If you have babies that’s 3ft to 4ft and you want them to enjoy the pool, this will not be the room unless the are very good swimmers. Honestly with a pool like that I will say a life guard should be on duty. If I’m not mistaken the pool go up to 6ft. I’m 5”3 alone and the kids was very much my height…Also my room wasn’t throughly clean…A sock from previous guest, a thank you card, and a gerber baby food wrapper. All children with me was 11 and up. Outside of those little things, the rooms was perfect…Breakfast was lovely as well.”

The front desk guy Reddy is a nice person who helped me a lot while checking in! This is one of the most immaculate hotels in the area with the hospitality of a 5 star Hotel with the amenities to go with it! If I ever need a room and I am looking for Safety, Convenience, Affordability Laquinta Inn Canton is my go to! Trust me all the hotels around are 2x 3x even 5x as pricey and you do not get the cleanliness, the quality AND FREE BREAKFAST! Thanks to the staff and the people of this establishment for the great service I’ll definently be recommending and going back!”

“When you first walk in you notice a very nice lobby with a free breakfast from bagels to freshly cooked eggs and a coffee bar 24/7. The you meet the beautiful and talented miss gina at the lobby who checks you in with a smile. After you go up to your room you notice the well maintained sparkling pool outside. Rooms are well maintained. Includes fridge iron and microwave. TV quality isnt fuzzy or with bad reception. No bugs or pests of any kind. Maintenance man William however is always spotted working hard doing constant repairs to improve the facility. Bicycles are outside unlocked and have been left there confidently for days and noone stole them which says alot about the safety of the hotel. And for the price I would say I am angry I didnt come here 8 months ago.”

“The Humane Society Charity Event was held here, it's so beautiful. The art they have is just wonderful. The servers were very kind and efficient. The vegetarian) vegan meals were delicious. I didn't see any of the rooms but the banquet ahead are very nice”
