Another poor customer service experience.... Submit a warranty claim on their website, 9 days later still no response. Call, they can't find it. 45 minutes on the phone and they say they will submit it to the warranty specialists to be reviewed... apparently that doesn't happen automatically when you submit a warranty claim??? Joke of a company and a complete waste of time. Instead of "LIFETIME WARRANTY", the product advertisement should say "NO WARRANTY".

They never respond to emails and updates on Purchase Orders. They wont let me click less than one start, so they got lucky and got a full one.

Bought receiver lock and need to buy extra keys.... no such luck. Locksmith can't make them, no one hs them. Over $40 for a so called "QUALITY" lock a d the company phone listed on tne package isn't even working ! Don't buy Reese products.

Absolutely awful to deal with. They can't do anything right. Can't answer the phone, never have anything in stock, they have more back orders then they do actual parts. The epitome of piss poor service.

Have a verified and qualified product issue under warranty. 5 weeks, hours on hold to HONOR their quality product: Bulldog electric jack, getting nowhere but a run around, no way to talk to a manager, no way to find out ETA on product replacement ..... filed BBB complaint and review today to see they have a rating of F for 20 complaints filed and no response from the company whatsoever. If I could do negative 5 stars I would for customer support and honoring their published warranty and 'proud of the quality of their products'. DON"T BUY their products!

Absolutely horrible customer service and tech support. They do not answer calls they send you into voicemail hell and then you can't leave a message. I have emailed and sent messages on FB with no replies. They ship out product that is missing parts and they tell you all you can do is send it back and get another one sent to you. Then that one comes missing the exact same pieces. I will never ever buy any product made by Horizon Global again. I hope they go bankrupt!

If you want to buy a product that will damage your car, get ignored by them and not compensated then they are a good choice. Otherwise, pay $100 more and save thousands in the future as well as your precious time.

I've been buying Reese products for over 40 years. Their customer service has gone to absolute garbage. Sit on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and than get disconnected. I think all of their products are now made in China garbage. I will be dealing with Curt or one of the other USA made models. More expensive, a little, but well worth not dealing with the aggravation of these numbskulls....

This is the company that owns Reese... Years ago, Reese used to make decent stuff.. But not any more.. I bought a Reese trailer brake controller.. It worked ok for a couple weeks, then stopped working.. After doing some research into the company, I found out that they only sell cheap Chinese CRAP.. I decided to file a warranty claim, so I would at least get another junk brake controller... So I started filling out their warranty claim stuff.. I later found out that their "warranty " is a SCAM.. THEY SELL CHEAP CHINESE CRAP, AND THEY DONT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING.. I have an email where they admitted that their stuff is garbage, and they agreed to send me another brake controller... But that was a lie... Do you really want to deal with a company like that?? Me either... You can get decent stuff for the same price.... SO AVOID REESE JUNK AT ALL COSTS... If you don't believe me, go to their Facebook page and read the reviews... Almost all of them are negative... And pictures are posted of their junk that just breaks.. I am now pursuing a class action lawsuit against these idiots...

what i want to know is why your company put MY personal cell phone number on all your packages? i am not affiliated with this company, i never even knew it existed until i started getting calls almost daily from around the country complaining about products they’ve received, or just haven’t received at all. chances are if you’ve tried calling horizon global and can’t get through to anyone, it’s because i’m at work and can’t answer my cellphone. not that it matters anyway because how am i supposed to help anyone when i have nothing to do with this company? i’m just as confused as all of you, considering i can’t get ahold of anyone to change this. i feel like at this point i deserve a check because i’ve basically become your secretary. i answer the calls that i can and give people your customer service number because this has been happening for FOUR years now. sure i could change my number, but i shouldn’t have to change MY phone number due to your company’s incompetence.
