“Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful! Pat very patiently helped me choose the appropriate toilet, loaded it up and made sure I had everything I needed to go with it. Brandon saw us walking up to checkout and immediately offer his assistance to get it in our vehicle. Elizabeth was the lovely lady that kindly checked us out. This was over all a great experience! “I went to Home Depot today to get to some CPVC pipe to extend the overflow from my water heater. (This story actually begins at Lowe’s where everyone I spoke to was supremely unhelpful, anywho!) I talked to the 3 very pleasant people at the customer service desk at Home Depot about buying and cutting CPVC pipe, they assured that it could be done, and one of the gentlemen (I didn’t get his name) directed me to the correct aisle and told me he would call the worker in that department to come help me.
I went to the aisle and waited patiently, I saw that there a worker there currently involved with another customer. After a few moments the same gentleman from the front desk came and found me to help out as the other gentleman was busy. We found the pipe, he measured out the length I needed, and when Jim was available, he cut the length I needed with a tool that was readily available in the area and directed me to the fittings I needed as well.

“I've done a ton of home projects large and small. Every time I went to this home Depot they had everything I needed. From the biggest lumber to hand tools, hardware everything. Always can find someone to help me. And my checkout was easy.
Now if I can remember to get everything I need that's another question. ?”

“Great place to have your propane tanks filled. They've just started a punch card for refills (2/25) after 10 you pay for tax only on the 11th. Always get a full refill here. Not always the case with exchanges.”

“My husband is a retired carpenter who has spent a great deal of time over the years in various Home Depot locations. We purchased some treated lumber for a deck repair at the Plymouth store today. Without hesitation, a friendly and very helpful employee named Steve Jones stepped up to help us with lumber that has become heavier and more cumbersome for my husband to handle these days. It brightened our day to know that there are people like Steve who provide exemplary customer "service".”
