“Appreciate Miss Felicia for her friendly customer service, appreciate the fellas that helped me load my sofa, and end table on the truck, I'm disabled and can't lift furniture no longer. Didn't like that Miss Felicia had asked an associate to move my recliner to the back where I loaded my sofa and he failed to listen to her and I had to make another unnecessary trip to the reStore to avoid losing my recliner. Other than that unpleasant experience I appreciate Miss Felicia and the staff ????”
“Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful! Pat very patiently helped me choose the appropriate toilet, loaded it up and made sure I had everything I needed to go with it. Brandon saw us walking up to checkout and immediately offer his assistance to get it in our vehicle. Elizabeth was the lovely lady that kindly checked us out. This was over all a great experience! “Went in to get a part to fix a product i bought years ago and a department manager named Glen stopped to help me and gave me his undivided attention.
Not only that instead of replacing the whole part he help me get the piece i need and instead making it much easier for my item to be fixed. That was the best customer service I've had anywhere and it was for a product i bought awhile ago.”

“The south Canton Home Depot is by far the best in the region. Big shout out to the managers, Dutch and Rafael all of the associates that are always friendly, courteous and very helpful not just to me but everyone that I see it’s clean organized and store is very stocked and well-maintained clean

“The price is fair, staff usually know what is being sold and can usually help, the service has dropped terribly since 2020 but its coming back, finding someone good is still hit or miss, as some of the staff, are not helpful even a little.”

“I love plant/home improvement shopping here with my husband. They offer 10% military discount and have tons of options for whatever you need, it’s my local Lowe’s 5 min from my house so an even bigger plus.
I just felt weird today when a cashier was trying to deceive us into applying for a Lowe’s credit card after we had told her no. We were buying a pressure washer and she kept trying to gaslight us that we would get $100 off by applying or 20%, it would be our choice. I read the terms and conditions and it was only 20% off up to $100. She was insistent but I had her read it again and she was like “well it’s $70 still.” While I don’t mind because I’m very thorough, I don’t want anyone else getting their credit hit when they’re definitely not getting the discount they claim. Just beware of credit cards :)”
“The store carries practically anything that you could possibly need but some of the employees needs to be better trained in the department that they work specifically lumber because I ordered some wood online went in to pick it up and the clerk sent me outside in 90° weather to find it and it was located inside the store so you know I was pissed because that was time that I could have spent on the road taking care of something else”
“I went to this store to pick up my online order. When I got my product home there was a massive crack in it even though my box was not ruined in any way.
I went back to get it replaced or a refund. Manager Nick and associate Sarah were a huge help. They went out of their way to help me get my replacement and load the heavy fireplace into my truck. They made my multiple trips to and from Home Depot totally worth it. Thank you!”
“Coming from across the border and had first visit to Menard's in Wixom. Walked in and thought what have I been missing. Store has everything for home improvements indoor and out with great food selection in the middle. Totally fun walking up the very clean aisles seeing all the items on the well stocked shelves. Great layout with nice floor displays. Parking lot is good and service great. Will be making a list and coming back over.”

“My husband is a retired carpenter who has spent a great deal of time over the years in various Home Depot locations. We purchased some treated lumber for a deck repair at the Plymouth store today. Without hesitation, a friendly and very helpful employee named Steve Jones stepped up to help us with lumber that has become heavier and more cumbersome for my husband to handle these days. It brightened our day to know that there are people like Steve who provide exemplary customer "service".”
