went today evening... I told the lady that was cutting my hair i wanted to debulk my hair a little because i haven't gotten a cut since early November. I told her i wanted burst fade(a mullet cut) and the first thing she did is take all the hair off the back of my hair. I was really confused on what she was doing because that is not a part of my hair that you would cut for a burst fade. I usually come here with a specific barber but she moved out of state. Very disappointed with this result. Don't think i will be coming back anytime soon.. :(

Walked in without an appointment and they got me in right away. Samantha did a fantastic job and was very friendly! Found my new place and my new stylist!

There is a lady who works there and claims that she is the manager every Thuesday. She is a ruthless person. I have been going there last 15 years for a haircut. It used to be a very friendly environment. I always do business with nice people until this ruthless lady. I was on the phone with the doctor while I was waiting for my appointment and was not able to hang up. I normally never be on the phone to respect others while having appointments. I told her that the doctor called me and it is really important for me to take it. Asked for a few seconds before hanging up. I was about to finish my conversation with a doctor before she called me for my appointment. She said I’ll take the next one and threaten me to miss my appointment. I was talking her nicely and politely that I have waited 75 minutes and you can not wait for me 30 seconds. I explained that this is a little bit urgent. She keeps saying that you want to take the haircut or leave. I am done. I feel sorry for the owner that having this type of ruthless employee. Do not take a haircut from an employee who works there around noon time on Tuesday claims a manager. On the other hand, Karen was working there. She is a wonderfull person and I wish Karen give this ruthless employee a good lesson to behave right. What happened to this place I got confused?Services: Haircut

I guess checking in on the app is overridden by walk ins. In went from 35 minutes to 55 and 14th to 17th in line. Burned away all the time I had to wait. Guess I’ll go somewhere else another day.

i had the best haircut i’ve ever gotten here. can’t remember her name, but i got my hair cut by the wonderful person with purple and blue hair. she was helpful and even gave me suggestions on hair dye products. she did a wonderful job on my hair and i am so pleased with the result. i haven’t always had the best experiences at some great clips locations, but this one was definitely a win. thanks!Services: Hairstyling

Well for one I didn't visit yesterday, I visited today. It was decent. Lady wasn't as thorough as I would have liked but the end result was acceptable. I mean what do you expect from a salon that only charges 15 bucks for a trim, so with the wash/trim and partial blow dry, it was worth it on the end. I was well overdue for a trim that's for sure! 3 1/2⭐

My first time going to Great Clips. I moved to Plymouth not long ago. I am terrible remembering names but the nice lady did a wonderful job with my hair. She was soooo nice and very personable. I wanted to have her cut my hair again in the future but it was her last week there.

Their wait time estimate at the time of web check is a joke.I even called after web check in for confirmation.It was empty, when I walked in. By the time they took my details, two customers came after me & they were taken care first.I patiently waited for half an hour before asking how long further. They said another 3 customers .25 minutes estimate Vs 65+minutes in reality .Come on, respect your customers time.Or at least be transparent at the time of physical check in.

Always a great experience and the staff is wonderful. If you coordinate a scheduled haircut and time your arrival, the wait is always minimal to none.

Couldn’t be more disappointed in the customer service received today after asking to use a disposable mask and or pay for a mask after being a customer here for years. I hope George the owner is happy with his policy. Will never be back here and will share my experience with everyone in the Northville/Plymouth area. Such a shame and lack of customer service!!!
