Brystol was a phenomenal relator who helped us with each step in the process. We especially liked that in the beginning of the process to list our home she came prepared with a strategy to sell the home, a list of comps in the area and an idea of what we expected to make once sold. Brystol and the team did a wonderful job selling our home and in record time. Even though we closed on our home a month ago, I still reach out to Brystol for questions, and she quickly replies. We highly recommend working with Brystol!

Jay helped us previously sell our primary house in MI so we engaged with him to help us sell a small piece of property in northern MI. Completely different situation than the house but Jay was willing to work with us and while it took some time, was finally able to arrange a suitable offer and we were able to get the deal closed.

Brystom Rumschlag was my realtor at Glovery Agency. She helped us find our perfect place Up North in Michigan. She was willing to forward several potential places after talking about what I was looking for, and she literally drove the Michgan coastline looking at lake houses with me for two days. Once we decided, she was timely in her updates and gave us good recommendations. She was even able to negotiate a significant lower than asking price based on issues we were concerned with during inspection. Speaking of inspection, so glad she was there to ask several questions I had not even thought of.
