Multiple counters and impressively fast service. Even though it’s a busy spot, I was in and out in under 2 minutes for a simple package drop-off. The setup is efficient, well-organized, and customer-friendly. One of the biggest FedEx locations I’ve been to.
The store is located in one of the busiest corners in town, sharing parking with other stores like Kroger and Great Clips, so finding a spot might take a moment during peak hours. Still, the convenience of the location and the speed of service make it worth it.
If you need a quick and hassle-free FedEx experience, this is definitely the place to go!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager Bradon is extremely rude and unhelpful. They are denying my order telling me they can't find it when I have a receipt, confirmation email, all of it. I was told oh well, they don't have it, not their problem. This place will rip you off. I do not recommend. Additionally, I think it would be helpful for Brandon to complete a customer service training.

Jeff and Chris are wonderful. They helped me and I am so grateful for them.
I have a FedEx 30 seconds away from me but the employee there didn’t want to work so I got in the car and went to see Jeff and Chris and they were very helpful. Jeff went above and beyond. I am so grateful. Thank you.

I wish I had the ability to give zero stars. Called the store in the morning to check on the status of prayer cards for my grandma’s funeral. As I was explaining my situation and apologizing for asking if they could be printed earlier than the online timeframe, the employee rudely interrupted me and for 5 minutes yelled at me about how difficult they had been to print. I was so caught off guard I forgot to ask the name of who I was speaking to. Regardless, the customer service was horrible.

It's Christmas Eve morning and I had to get something out today. My printer wasn't up for such a large scanning job, so I came here. A very kind employee named Mohamad helped me out. He was very patient and kind. I can't say enough about him. I hope is recognized as a valuable employee!
