Had a bad experience with Nick J and subpar service in general.Car brought in for tire rotation, oil change, and recall repairs. I live on a dirt road, and the dealerships courtesy car wash rinsed caked dirt on the inside of the wheel unevenly, resulting in unbalanced wheels.I understand this happens, however professional repair shops should have experience with this and take steps to mitigate it (wash the rims while the tires are off the car.) If the dealership is unwilling to do this critical step, then they should be up front about any additional fees required.The car shakes when driving and will continue to shake until the dirt is fully rinsed from the inside of the wheels, restoring the balance. Again this is not an uncommon issue and dealerships, if they know their stuff, will account for it.Nick J offered to rebalance the wheels for $225. It should have been fixed in the first place without input from me. Somehow they missed the vibrating wheels when they test drove the car, and missed an "opportunity" to offer to rebalance the wheels at that time for profit.Won't be giving business to these yahoos again.

We've had to use them for service several times and unfortunately it's consistently a terrible experience. They don't give you any updates on your vehicle. You have to call and keep trying to find out what's going on and then the latest is I go in there and spend $800 they tell us our car is fixed and as soon as we pull out the engine light turns on and the car is leaking all over the place as if they didn't even test drive it to see what they did worked. I'm not one to leave bad reviews unless things are really bad but unfortunately consistently over and over this place is not good as far as service goes.

Came back from a trip ready to buy tires for my vehicle and found the air suspension had failed. Took it to my usual dealer and he told me two weeks to look at it. Went down the road to Dick Scott and even though they were busy they said bring it in tomorrow. Diagnosed it that day and ordered parts- let me take it home that night so I wouldn't be with out transportation. Service Professional Jesse Kasenow not only got me in first thing the next day but also gave be a great deal on tires. I had bought most of my tires at Belle or Discount never realizing this Dealer would match the price and offered Chrysler Care to back it up.Never had a Dealer make accommodations to make my service so seamless- Drivers took me home and picked me up, right on time. Service Professional went out of his way to keep me informed on the progress. Great price and QUALITY repair. Had my horror stories with Land Rover and Chevy but totally outclassed by this establishment. Thank you Jesse and the whole Team at Dick Scott!

Do not believe them when they say you've won a prize. It's a ploy to get your information. My prize was represented as 1000 cash but walked away with a 25 service gift card. I went in knowing I would gain more information and conversation about a car and potentially buying one but not deceived on the prize portion. My husband and I were interested but their tactics were unsettling...imagine how many cars you would sell if you were actually honest.

Myself and my son went to purchase a Ram Truck at this location on Monday June 19th. We were to leave out of the state on the following Wednesday. My son went through the full process of being approved with first submitting bank statements from self employment. They claim they could not use the bank statements. My son submitted check stubs from his second job. We were told at the last minute after paper work was signed, insurance completed and test driving the truck that there was an issue with the check stubs. Credit acceptance bank was contacted to get information on why the check stubs wasn’t accepted. Credit Acceptance stated they never received the the bank statements for self employment. Credit Acceptance also did not give a clear reason on why the check stubs wasn’t accepted. At the very end of the transaction being completed two guys in suits came out and interfered with my son completing the transaction. After paper work was signed and insurance was completed, my son was told he couldnot move forward with purchasing the truck. I will be moving forward to making a complaint with Civil Rights and The Better. Business Bureau. I would mot recommend anyone of color to visit this location to purchase a vehicle.

Don’t get scammed by a “prize deal” in the mail… our code was one of the winning codes and we were supposed to win $1,000. They came up with some excuse not to give us the prize we won and instead gave us a $25 service gift card…. Waste of time and false advertising!

I had a great experience in this establishment....Had to drop off my car a day ahead because I was out of town. But they fixed my car the same day and never asked me questions:) I will recommend this place to buy your next car and bring it in for service. Very professional

First I would like to say we have been customers for over 30 years. Recently service has been a problem. Took the car in for oil change and that night it leaked oil on the drive so I took it back and they said it was my right motor mount went bad. Maybe a coincidence l. So took it in for right motor mount and when picked up the right front sensor was bad. Had the sensor fixed, which they painted a different red then the car. When picked up had a bad screeching noise(which ended up being my breaks which was no fault of theirs) but when I took it in to find out I was told by the service manager if I have trust issues I should take my business elsewhere. I asked to speak with Jason Scott who I was told was in a meeting, but they would have him call me on Monday. It’s now Saturday and no call. I would also like to mention that same week my husband bought a brand new dodge truck over 50,000 from them but apparently they have enough customers that they don’t have to care.
