My family has worked with Diamond Castle as long as I can remember. They have always been the best. I remember coming into the Novi store as a kid with my mom. Whether it be to resize a ring, purchase or sell, we were always taken care of and treated like family. For my graduation present from college, my parents got me a cross necklace and Kevin and Paul took great care of us at the new Plymouth location. A few months later now, I was looking for an engagement ring. My girlfriend sent me countless ideas and settled on one. I was able to send this to Kevin and he beat all the big name retailers and got me better quality stones and craftsmanship. The employees of Diamond Castle make dreams come true and truly care about the quality of the products sold. If you are looking for a reputable jeweler, you have found them. They treat you like family and will always do you right. Big shout out to the family at Diamond Castle, thank you for all you do!

I had an outstanding experience working with Paul! He listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. He didn't try to "sell" me on something else. We reset the diamonds from my engagement ring and my Grandmother's wedding ring into a new custom setting. It's absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend working with him.

Paul was super helpful and knowledgeable! They also had a great selection for someone like me who has trouble describing exactly what they want. After checking out some of the engagement rings on display, Paul was able to determine exactly what I was looking for. I could tell these guys were there to set me up with the perfect ring...Nothing more, nothing less. They did not withhold any information and when it came time to make the decision, they were not pushy at all. Thanks guys! I respect the way you run a business.

Bought my engagement ring for my fiance. They were able to get me the best quality diamonds and at a very reasonable price. I just had to show the pictures from her Pinterest and they were able to get it within weeks. Really appreciate the service and help!

Very bad coustmer service we come all the way from Ohio to see and buy from this new store what’s happened is1-short in stuff and the store have a lots of coustmer2-coustmer just leaving because the short of stuff3 -they say take a ticket ? with numbers and wait your turn and of course they not follow the numbers on the screen was stuck on No 33 then when u ask for help they say wait you number on the screen4-the same lady say that she take her frind I think that was just come in the shop5- no big Selection all big pieces for old lady’s coins Stuff ?Not recommend this store I go to ather store in the same street and spent my money there

What a positive experience I had with the exceptional personnel at Dearborn Jewelers. Matthew is most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.With six watches requiring batteries, they were able to replace all of them within an hour.Additionally, I brought in one watch, where the battery had leaked within the movement. Their skilled, capable watchmaker / technician carefully cleaned the corrosion from the movement and restored the watch to sound running condition. This obviously entailed more than a simple battery replacement. I was expecting to be charged for the service; however, Dearborn Jewelers afforded me a great courtesy and did this free of charge.Most grateful to have Dearborn Jewelers in Plymouth. (I will be returning, as they have an extraordinary selection of fine jewelry too.)Thank you!

After almost 10 years of marriage - I decided recently to have my engagement ring/diamond reset into a setting that was more conducive to my current style and life. I was nervous at first but Matt made the whole process SO FUN. I came in with an idea and Dearborn Jewelers executed it flawlessly!
