Extremely high pricing. $4.50 for a gallon of milk, and $24.99 for a 12 pack of Bells Two Hearted. Didnt get the beer, but always comparing prices.

I switched to this pharmacy a few weeks ago after the Pharmacist said she would have no problems filling my medications so I set up a profile. Today I went in with 3 prescriptions and was told they did not have two of them. I asked how long that would take and was told 7 days. When I asked for a manager the pharmacist said she was the manager. I told her if they could not fill my prescriptions as I was told that I would go to another pharmacy...her response was “goodâ€.

Poor customer service at pharmacy. While waiting i could hear pharmacists talking about whether they could do something immediately or not they would make a customer wait at least 15 minutes. Guess their time is more important than their customers. Nice job CVS! I will try to avoid spending my money at your stores from now on.

The Pharamcist would not fill my prescription. She didn't like my doctors signature. I have been going here for years and the same doctor has renewed my perscription. The proper thing to do would have been for the pharmacist to call my doctor. Guess she was to busy. Terrible customer service. I will not be going back. They do not care about the customer/patient. I will go to independently owned pharmacies now. They may not be as convenient but the customer service is much better.

The pharmacy went out of its way to not fill a prescription for shampoo. They made a big deal about the Doctor name not being on the prescription pad. Then they wanted a fax. Then they wanted to know when I was there. Then they looked up the wrong Dr and put his name on the back of the prescription. Really? After waiting for four days I went to Sam Club where they filled it on the spot. Come on it was just shampoo not heroin.
