I went into this CVS having a great deal of trouble with my Vertigo. A Very kind woman was stocking the paper towels. I asked her to point out the direction of the medication I needed. She had me sit down and picked out the few things I needed for me. I am so sorry I did not get her name. But would love to acknowledge her. Thank you soon much.

The pharmacy service is average. No major complaints there. I mainly have an issue with the opening time. 10am is pretty late. Every other pharmacy in the area opens at 8 or 9am.

I waited to post about my recent experience as I was thoroughly shocked by the discourteous and the condescending tone used by Heather, Pharmacy Tech (Not a pharmacist). I debated sharing this to Google reviews, since my experience aligns with previous customers. Honestly, one star is a little generous.My initial issue revolved around the difficulty I experienced in getting my prescription refilled to only be told it was on backorder. Given CVS was aware of potential medication backorders, one might reasonably expect them to issue a notification well in advance, ideally before 4pm on the Friday before Labor Day, to inform customers that their prescription refill will not be refilled.I expressed my concern regarding the three-day gap without having my prescription, only to be advised to “contact other pharmacies to see if they have it in stock.” Previously, I had been instructed to reach out to a specific pharmacy to verify medication availability and initiate the transfer of the prescription. I inquired why I was now responsible for a task that CVS has handled on previous occasions. Unfortunately, my question seemed to trigger Heather, who responded with a statement like, “It’s not like I am hoarding the pills and not giving them to you!” Considering that this wasn’t my first disagreement with Heather, I did mention that her approach was not making the situation any smoother and was causing me to contemplate switching to a different pharmacy. Her response was, “Good! Go ahead and do that! Then we don’t have to deal with these issues anymore!” before abruptly ending the call. It’s solely due to Heather’s actions and interactions that CVS has lost my patronage.

I had a prescription called in this morning as I was in extreme pain from a toothache. I got to the pharmacy as soon as it opened. when I told my story I was greeted with..."I'm sorry sir we just opened it will be a couple of hours before it can be filled." I mentioned how much pain I was in but got the same line. I got home and 10 minutes later I received an alert that my prescription was filled. when I went back when I went beck the pharmacist apologized but gave me the same excuse. what a customer service miss!

This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how some of the staff (particularly Heather) and the Pharmacist (Rita) still have a job (most likely because they’re short-staffed)! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They’re both very rude, have an attitude and are not friendly at all and customer service is the worst. Every time I go there, there is always an issue. One time, I had to get a pre-authorization for a certain medication, so my Dr. did the pre-authorization and the medication was filled. When I went to pick it up, they said it was restocked because the day I went to get it, was the last day I could pick it up! I still had that day to pick it up and they prematurely restocked it, and since it was a pre-authorization, it wouldn’t go through insurance again so I wasn’t able to get it filled again. I was so upset and they didn’t care at all or apologize for their mistake or try to fix a mistake that was THEIR fault! Also, If you go there before your prescription is ready/filled, they will call you out of line and pretty much yell at you in front of staff and customers to tell you it’s not ready and to come back later (they will even talk about the medication in front of customers and staff when that should be a private matter). They could at least pull you off to the side to talk to you about your medication, not yell at you in front of customers and staff. This has happened multiple times and I’ve even came in several hours after the prescription was sent and if you explain you can’t come back later due to certain reasons, they will pretty much call you a liar as to why you can’t come back! It’s very degrading! I am switching pharmacies! I would never go back to that pharmacy, even if it was the last one on the planet! That’s how horrible they are! They really need a new Pharmacist/staff or it will just continue to go downhill, but the sad thing is, they don’t care.

I was prescribed 2 drugs by my doctor. When I went to the pharmacy I specifically stated that I did NOT want to pick up the antibiotic at that time, just the other drug. After getting home I realized that I had been given the antibiotic and NOT the one I wanted. Upon returning to the store 2 days later, the pharmacist insisted that it was entirely my mistake: I should have apparently been as aware of the drug names as the pharmacist, and caught their error. She insisted that she could not take the drug back, and did not owe me any refund. Then she started stridently criticizing my 'attitude.' She clearly believed in 'corporate policy' rather than patient service.

New review today (5-31-2023)This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy ever!!!! They ALWAYS have back ordered and NEVER tell you until after the fact!!!!The pharmacist was extremely unprofessional. She was loudly calling a patient a drug addict in front of 4 customers waiting in line!! This was today (1/26/2022)Again, update: 5-30-23!! They never have your prescription and always forget to order! Also, you can’t transfer Rx! Please don’t use this pharmacy!!

I’ve found the pharmacists in this store to be considerate and helpful. The store itself is clean and well stocked and organized. CVS almost always has whatever you need.

this was a great shopping trip, and it was super to have Dorothy at the checkout because we had multiple barcoded coupons and we needed to be sure all was rung up correctly. What a pleasant personality she showed us. A treat to shop there this morning.

Rhonda was particularly helpful and very patient with me. It’s honestly so rare to find retail workers like Rhonda who are so nice. It really makes me want to only shop at this CVS location!

I have had very severe issues with my right shoulder due to a hypermobile joint condition since October 2022. Since then, Alicia, Heather, and the pharmacist Lara have been super helpful in explaining my medications to me and have just been overall awesome in all regards. If corporate is reading this, please give these three women a raise! They more than deserve it. I will never switch pharmacies as long as they are there.
