Many of my hobbies involve collecting and therefore eventually shipping heavy, but delicate items that need to be packaged properly so as to not be destroyed in transport. This place is by far the best I’ve found in the area for those odd, as well as custom sized boxes.Unlike the big chains, which do not custom make specific sized boxes, this place does and they do a great job at a reasonable price. All the shipping/packing material in the world doesn’t help if the box is fundamentally the wrong size. Even for non custom sized boxes, the selection here is still way beyond what I’ve been able to find at the competitors. Every time I’ve come in the staff has been helpful and able to find a solution to my needs. Even when I had a small problem with the fitment of a box I had made they were very helpful in resizing my box and getting everything to work as I hoped.Though I haven’t used them for the entire packing process (I prefer to do that myself) if I was pressed for time I would come long before I’d trust any of the chains.

So happy with the service custom box company provides! Literally go above and beyond. We had a very large shipment that needed to be crated with very short notice. Marcellus came out to our location, got measurements to ensure he provided the perfect size crate. We had never crated anything before and he made sure we knew what to do before he left. He even came back and checked on us a couple hours after delivery to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend this company forYour shipping needs. Will definitely use them in the future.

Best prices for custom sized boxes within a 50 mile radius at least, outstanding customer service with genuinely nice employees that want to help. This was the only place I was able to find somewhere that can make a box to fit my queen sized mattress in the area.

The Custom Box Company is the best and most affordable packaging company around. I drove from Ann Arbor to ship a package from here. I had them package and ship my kayak paddles to Wisconsin last week. I just received this note from the company in Wisconsin: "We did receive the paddle ...It was boxed quite neatly I might add." Thank you Custom Box Company!
