I love the Country Cat Clinic. My cats have always received outstanding care from vets who are experts with cats.

The staff working at CCC do not care about your cats. They will hold your cat hostage of their medication and prescription food unless you buy through them. I was a client since Apr2021, and will agree that this clinic does charge far more than the average market, example: teeth cleaning ~$800+! I've placed more than 20 orders of this food since being with CCC, and recently they DENIED when vetsource/Amazon contacted them. The receptionist continued to argue with me they dont do that, and when I went into detail about how the prescription food paper they gave me in Apr2022 was for the INCORRECT FOOD! Her only resolution and response was that she didn't see a fax/call.. And they don't keep records? And that maybe I should try to order it again (after 4 times being denied by them directly from Vetsource within 24 hours of each request). I was forced to use their website to order another brand, and fill my prescriptions with their sources ONLY. Prepare to not only pay above premium for exams but also everything needed for post care. I thought my vet Dr. Tracy Adam's was fair/compassionate with helping my 3 cats. But if she is responsible for these multiple denials, she is not someone I would recommend. The receptionist was less than helpfully and it has been 2 weeks since they were refilled and over 4 days since they ate adequately. Emails were all ignored until I requested my records for transfer, then she responded immediately within less than an hour of requesting.. But failed to acknowledge the multiple emails prior. I cannot believe any establishment is able to operate this way. I've recommended a review and investigation of Michigan's Licensing Board and hope this doesn't happen to others.Edit: When I called yesterday, I was ignored and was told they will follow up with staff and return a call today. Never called or responded to emails. There are other vets that specialize in Cats that do not hold your cats hostage.Edit2: the district manager got involved after I was multiple attempts to contact them went ignored for 20+ Minutes. The conclusion with the district manager initially stated they’re willing to write the scripts for the food, I was then sent ANOTHER WRONG SCRIPT! After he conducted his investigations, he returned my call and stated they won’t refill it. I could not believe this is their resolve. A prescription refused to be written correctly, and denied when requested 4x! Even though Michigan is not one of the states AVMA, refusal of any prescription constitutes as unprofessional conduct will be investigated. If you have any challenges related to similar concerns, research testimonials of other vets that use their vendors, there will be posts showing how this is becoming more common practice in an industry that is already accused of many kickbacks. Markup of gabapentin ~$200 as I requested a more affordable option that was denied. In addition to changing the pre-quoted dental procedures that was denied because it was not severe. The quote covered 90% of the procedure initially but after I picked up my cat and submitted their receipt, I was informed it did not follow the pre-quoted estimate that trupanion and CCC worked with. This was over a span of more than a year with them. I hope no one experiences anything like this, there are other cat only clinics that will work with you, but CCC is started to show their true intent and values.

Recently took our cat for a canine tooth extraction. I have had many animals and been to many vet clinics. None compare to the professionalism of Country Cat Clinic. All staff are knowledgeable, kind and caring. Dr.Tracy Adams is exceptional. I would highly recommend this clinic.

We were looking for a Feline only clinic after we adopted our purebred Seal point Siamese cat. The breeder (Katz Meow Cattery) had a feline-only vet for all of her cats. We wanted the same and that one was too far away from where we live. Did a Google search and Bingo, Country Cat Clinic just a few miles away. Made an appointment for a first evaluation/meet and greet. Great location in a rural area with farms and horses. Nice quaint building. Very friendly staff. Julie the certified Vet Tech was really nice. Treated our Chelsea really well. Dr. Jennifer Travers was so nice, caring, and thorough in her evaluation check-up. Spent time just to get to know us and our Chelsea. Both Julie and Dr. Travers sat on the floor with our cat. Never had that before. Knowledgeable caring staff in all ways. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice view out the window. We are so happy to be here and will be coming back for all of our cat's needs. Thank you Country Cat Clinic. It is very nice and reassuring to be in a clinic that knows and understands Cats.09/16/2022Another great check up at this perfect Veterinary Clinic. We are sooo Glad we have this clinic.Fantastic staff and Doctors.Simply the best.

The care for cats at this place is obvious. My family had a sad experience and the staff were so kind all the way thru. They deserve many more than 5 stars!

Very thankful I found this cat clinic! The clinic itself is very quaint and has a calm vibe, along with beautiful birds and nature surrounding it. The entire staff was very kind and the nurses were all super sweet with my Millie girl.Went for a second opinion after going to a vet who was not capable of diagnosing her nonetheless examining her (due to her spit fire attitude with strangers and anxiety). They would put her in a room alone for an hour and waited until she would “chill out” and would always make comments upon her arrival about her “bad rep”..Although a little difficult to get her out of the crate, she did very well and even allowed Dr. Larson to pet her, and examine.Dr. Larson is a gem. She came in very calm and asked a lot of questions which I always appreciate. She befriended Millie with a Churu cat treat and even provided some grade A catnip (my cat was drooling and I’ve never seen this, lol). Additionally I saw everything from cat calming mists to whip cream. They have everything you could think of. She went through all of Millie’s previous history and provided a lot of great information on her condition as well as behavioral health information. We now have a plan of action on how to treat Millie. I am very optimistic and can’t think this cat clinic enough, and Dr. Larson. You all were definitely meant to do what you do.Thank you all so much!!

Country Cat Clinic is simply the best! You can tell they all care about their patients and it's really nice to have someone who specializes in cats. The staff and doctors are helpful and flexible. I had an appointment with 2 of my cats and noticed that my 3rd was having issues throwing up the morning of the appointment. I panic called them 30 minutes before the appointment and they let me bring her in with the other 2, no issues! They have helped me with 2 cats with dental issues and one with auto immune issues, I could not recommend them enough

I have been taking my 2 kitties to Country Cat Clinic for checkups and medical issues. The staff, veterinarians and technicians do a wonderful job. They are so kind and caring of our kitties and to me (the human kitty mom) as well. The facility is very pleasant, too; clean and comfortable and in a lovely natural setting, too.

I brought Lucky near the last few appointments of her life. I didn’t like the former vet clinic I had for her. When it was time to bring in my baby at the end, they took such good care of Lucky AND ME! They sent me a card at my home with words and photos on the cover of the 2 cats on the card to console me! On the card looked just like Lucky and the other one looked just like my Tootsie that had died in 2015 (and they never even met Tootsie!) Today Country Cat takes care of my Sucre.

The staff is super nice and attentive to our needs. They handled our cats with extreme care and patience. The price is a little more expensive than other places, but you’re paying for a quality experience. I will continue to take our cats to them.

We love taking our kitties here. They have our Danny a new lease on life when he had a blocked urethra and kidney stones. They worked with us to find a way to cover the cost after we had already dropped over $1k at the emergency vet(who didn’t actually fix him).Outstanding care, honest conversations, and a loving place to have your kitties treated. :)Xoxo,Ruby & DannyKellie & Cole

Very helpful staff with best interest for your cat in mind. Once your cat has had its first visit it is easy to get help. Phone system directs you to appropriate line for service. This vet offers dental services as well.

I don't know much about veterinarians, but the ones at Country Cat Clinic definitely seem like they know what they are doing. I have two cats, both of which I have brought in multiple times, and the vets there handled them amazingly. They are definitely experienced veterinarians and worth doing business with.
