When it comes to quality of product and service Comix Well Spring is unparalleled, and better yet – accessible. During both the road to the Kickstarter Campaign and fulfillment of ‘Scott Snyder Presents Tales from the Cloakroom Volume 2’CWS was used to print and ship our Ashcan previews, the published edition, and its merchandise. They promptly shipped, printed and reshipped, any proof orders that were placed with my updates back and forth over the course of six weeks before approving of final shipment. They were amenable and friendly in correspondence as well as timely. Their Kickstarter fulfillment system where they will ship your Kickstarter’s books for you was a life saver in convenience (your time and labor as the part responsible for fulfillment). They helped with minor formatting issues (from my end) on the sticker order, knocked it out of the park on the art prints and bookmarks, and offer many options on paper and finish so you get the book that you need. Any errors made were corrected fairly (one of them was caused by a mistake on my part) and expedient fashion. The first is that I accidentally paid for shipping to my own address when I meant for the order to go in with the Kickstarter fulfillment – where they sent me a return label before the package even arrived. The second is the one of the orders of the book, the practice order before final order, had a minor trim line issue – of which they reprinted and shipped the order. For anyone who needs to print and ship their comic or merchandise I cannot recommend Comix Well Spring enough.

We are very happy with our print order! We had a comic in landscape orientation with somewhat unusual dimensions, and Comix Well Spring made sure everything was how we wanted it over a few emails and phone calls. The print quality also looks great! Thank you Comix Well Spring!

These guys provide a quality experience. I felt like they really took care of me on my first printing ever, and with subsequent printing’s I have felt just as satisfied. When people look at the production value that they’re able to create, they are quite often impressed with the materials used. From the paper to the inks to the finish of my book, it’s all really good stuff. I will be using Comics, Well Spring again.

After years of kicking around the idea, I decided to create my own comic book titled, RIPPED. (Shameless plug!)A little background on me, I am a 25 year veteran of the printing industry and one of the founding employees of Comic Book Certification Service, to say my standards are high is an understatement! I have a friend who uses Comix Well Spring and gave them a glowing recommendation, which convinced me to give them a try for my first comic book.The ordering process is simple. If you ever have a question you get an answer quickly. Customer Service is very knowledgeable and very friendly to speak with. Their team knows what they're doing and are happy to help!When my order arrived, I was blown away! I wanted my first comic to have a quality look and I was not disappointed! I ordered standard comics, blank sketch covers, and holofoils. The quality is incredible on each product! Absolutely amazing! All my customers who submitted comics for grading got nothing less than 9.8s on everything!I also ordered holofoil trading cards and the quality on those were equally impressive!If you're on the fence about using CWS, let me put your mind at ease. Based on my background, I just knew they wouldn't meet my standards but they went above and beyond!RUN...Don't walk! Comic books should lay flat! Was pretty disappointed when I received a small order of my printed book. Print quality was ok, decent color, blacks could be better. But the disappointing part was how the comic book does not lay flat. I reached out to customer service and they were no help and didn't really seem interested in helping. They suggested I lay some heavier books on top of them to flatten them out. I tried that for one, left it on for about a week. Didn't even remotely flatten it out. Not really a solution, can you imagine having to do that for thousands of copies before shipping out?They claimed it was the length of my book, but their 18 page sample also does not lay flat. I selected the lightest paper, so it wasn't that either. So I am just assuming they don't really care all that much. There was no attempt to help fix the situation or advise as to what I could do on my end, select different paper, etc. that would work. Too bad too, I need to find a printer for a larger run, and the lack luster customer service means it won't be them. I don't recommend them. Not sure how they have such high rating, unless they've been padding it with bots, that seems to be common place now.
