I have been banking with comerica Bank for years, my experience with this branch is terrible, I called for a question, Sue put me on hold for 10 minutes, she comes back, and after few words the phone was disconnected !, I called again and she put me on hold for 23 minutes ? I hanged up. For third time someone else replied and said we were busy. Well if you are busey don't make me wait tell me to call in another time. Bad customer service.

The staff at this Comerica are extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist you. We have business and personal accounts with them and rarely have an issue.

Jacqueline is both extremely rude and inefficient at her job. She caused my significant other and I to take time off work to go to another bank because she was WRONG and cannot do her job correctly. Not to mention she was speaking over me and extremely rude on the phone.. I've never had ANY Comerica Employee talk to me the way she did and i have been a customer for 10 years! The 2nd comerica bank we went to said that they could do what I needed without a problem...wow...what a waste of time!

Jacqueline is both extremely rude and inefficient at her job. She caused my significant other and I to take time off work to go to another bank because she was WRONG and cannot do her job correctly. Not to mention she was speaking over me and extremely rude on the phone.. I've never had ANY Comerica Employee talk to me the way she did and i have been a customer for 10 years! The 2nd comerica bank we went to said that they could do what I needed without a problem...wow...what a waste of time! I will not be going there again!
