It is unfortunate that all of you hard working Xfinity humans must endure the complaints of your human customers due to the automated robot voice and web experiences that your human customers must endure in the generally futile hopes of solving simple problems. Why are the phone numbers to Xfinity stores not published? If they were, Xfinity could place the customer service responsibilities on their staff in the places where Xfinity customers are having problems. I have never encountered a more difficult company to work with thaqn Xfinity. If Xfinity were not a monopoly and was a real choice by its customers Xfinity would have died a long time ago.

So if you are returning equipment this is NOT A DROP OFF FOR EQUIPMENT, google points you here which is wrong they are friendly enough to have maps printed and ready to show you the next location that does accept returns. Seems a lot of people go there thinking the same thing.

HEY REVIEWERS THIS GOOGLE REVIEW SECTION IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS OFFICE, WHICH IS NOT A CUSTOMER FACING OFFICE, YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF COMCAST AS A CORPRORATION FALL ON DEAF EARS HERE. TAKE YOUR GRIPING TO THE RIGHT PLACE TO SEE CHANGES HAPPEN. IF YOU HAD AN ISSUE WITH A STORE FRONT LOCATION, REVIEW THAT LOCATION, NOT THIS OFFICE BUILDING... LEARN TO INTERNET.I don't understand all the problems people have. Over the last few years Comcast has put most of their efforts in making their customer service better, and they definitely have improved in that regard. They have call centers all over, not just in the Philippines to whomever said that, There is one right here in Plymouth Michigan. Some of your situations are very situational and not a reflection on the company as a whole, Like the line that didn't get buried that you keep tripping on... or the tech supposedly smoking pot in front of the house and didn't install yoru work properly. Did you call and inform them of this? That tech would be fired so fast if that were true. Smoking pot is also not a reason anything was done wrong, could be just a bad technician. Comcast uses many contractors to do installs, and recently have been priorities by who does the best work, But man there are a lot of customers that need stuff all the time, You do realize Comcast is a company made up of human beings just like you right? SOmetimes People call off, and that creates problems with hitting appointments on time. Or sometimes a tech has 5 minutes left on his shift and then gets sent one last job because he's closest to it, for a same day appointment the customer requested, and the tech doesn't get a choice in this. There is a lot that goes on in the running of businesses like this. To the guy who says every night his service is buffering and he can't watch tv... huh? That never happens to me. I've had xfinity for 5 years, 1 year in the middle i lived in an AT&T zone only, and it was the worst most slow speeds ever. Xfinity and my 100mbs blast speed has been almost always perfect. Twice we had a hic-up that caused our connection to go out, turned out it was an issue with our modem and we had to get a new one, that happens. Not every piece of equipment works 100% of the time out of the box. The problem was fixed and we moved on from it. People expect more than they should. They expect 100% perfection all the time and if they don't get it then they 1 star review a company. Ran buy humans, humans make errors, humans aren't perfect... get over yourselves.

I have been with these guys since 2007 and service has always been horrible, don't go with them if at all possible. I would give them a 0 but it is not available. They use phillipines for all calls and they can't do anything but put you on hold for everything!!!

I really don’t know I feel about it. I have wow, direct tv. Comcast offer a cheaper package. There more expend on getting hbo, max and more. But do I really need them. I guess not because I didn’t get any.
