I had a very good experience while opening a new account at this location. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They spent time to help me understand every detail. They gave me useful advice and explained the pros and cons of the choices.

Don't waste your time coming here. I was the only person in the drive thru line and waited 10 minutes before i was acknowledged. There was only one teller working and she said there were a couple people in front of me inside. I waited almost another 10 minutes and i just asked for my deposit back because i couldnt wait any longer. I was just told to put my deposit in through the atm. I dont like doing that because my deposit wasnt recorded at another location and i lost out on my money. Really disappointing how much citizen's service has went downhill.

Slow services and unnoticed customer visiting and drive-throughs.fee Hungary bankers tried to hide full disclosure of costs maintaining a check account with them but agtessively asking you open one. Cashiers are unprofessional and less proficient at what they are doing. One transaction could last much longer than your average experience at anywhere else. Do you trust them dealing with you money?

Last visit they didn't even put my money in an envelope placed it my passport and sent it through the tube. So unprofessional. One visit they said I didn't have available funds which I called and looked online I had enough funds. Been inside several times and the staff was not pleasant or professional
