I'm curious as to what their criteria is for hiring a store manager. This new one has a deer in headlights look every time I ask him where something is, can't seem to answer a single question about supplements, and treats the female employees with such blatant disrespect that it's insane (I've overheard several condescending comments). Every time I come in there is a new cashier who doesn't know anything about anything... It's very obvious this so called manager is the issue for the high turn over rate, but the only thing this company cares about is turning a profit, and for that reason I will no longer support them, or encourage anyone else to shop here!Edit: I had to go back in because Zerbo's didn't have what I needed... And guess who was working the cash register? The store manager! (Can't keep employees, huh?) And he had to ask another employee how to do something! ON THE CASH REGISTER! Truly the blind leading the blind. The incompetence here is incredible. I'll just order from Amazon next time.

False advertisements galore. 40% off all supplements! Get up to the register and it's 5% off the marked price. Really? You're already more expensive then Amazon by a huge margin.

I purchased two high-quality nasal sprays ($26) to help healing a nose bleeding condition two days ago. Unfortunately it made it worse. Upon attempting to make the return twice, two clerks and three supervisors were not able to locate the account for my wife (after almost 10 years of membership). They were not able to find, nor accept an electronic copy of the transaction (using full name, physical card used for payment, and the actual items) due to "their policy" of accepting ONLY a valid receipt. One supervisor ackowledged they changed their database and some records were corrupted. After multiple apologies and "understanding of my frustration" none were able to provide a reasonable solution.Lesson learned: keep the physical receipt for as long as you keep the item. Their return policy being archaic, does not allow any deviation. Good luck!

Love this store.. staff is so helpful.. the Kefir I buy is always in stock.. They are willing to carry cases of bottled water to the car for me and putting it inside as I'm not able to.. Thankyou all for your kindness..

Makes no sense to have the herbs in alphabetical order. When I am looking for digestive herbs, I expect them to be in the digestive section. When I am looking for blood glucose herbs, I expect them to be in the blood glucose section. Now I have to run all over the place since things are completely disorganized and in multiple places.

Denise at this location is EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable in all things supplements! She literally sat with me for some time helping me get the best bang for my buck researching serving sizes and brands. She also helped in offering coupons! Thank you, Denise!

I am not one to complain much, but I feel like when you are in the industry of service then you should have certain people in place. I came in on Saturday after recently finding out I was pregnant. I’ve briefly shopped at the Belleville location before for my lunch needs but never getting any actual supplements out of the store. I browsed around for about 10mins before I went to the front cashier and asking her for assistance in pointing me to the aisle with prenatal vitamins. I was met with attitude and the woman not even looking at me in my face to say “is there not anyone in the aisles to help you?” I kinda sat there in disbelief because her tone and attitude was horrible! If you not having a good day, go home and try again tomorrow. I wouldn’t allow anyone to be in front of the store setting the tone for my guest. I looked all through the aisles to find no one. Several other customers were told to do the same. Which I find to be ridiculous! I ultimately find the items I was looking for but could not shake the woman’s tone and attitude and decided not to purchase.

I can’t remember a time when I walked out of this store feeling BETTER that I shopped here.The lack of customer support, extremely slow times at the check out register, and a new wave of staff that is unknowledgeable about healthy living, has made shopping here a very unpleasant experience.I went to the Daytime Manager looking for assistance regarding a recent purchase, only to leave with more problems.There is almost a sense that the Plymouth Location is purposefully trying to annoy customers.Shame on you Better Health….lucky thing we consumers have many other places to shop for our health products.Do Better, Plymouth Location.

Very helpful and friendly associates clean store me being a person of frugality I am not used to the prices but they have awesome deals coupons, and savings if you sign up for the rewards and items that you wouldn't normally be able to find in a big box store.
