When you call for a specific battery by number and you get there and they have one that does not have the wired connector on it but fail to mention that on the phone. This is the definition of terrible customer service. Wasted my time.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing clear explanations throughout the process. After the test, he informed me that my batteries were in good condition and did not need to be replaced. I had bought an rv battery last year and it would not hold a charge. I took it back and they checked it out and replaced it right away. Very good customer service.

Call before I went very very polite on the phone went there they installed a battery in my wife’s iPhone 8 very fast very friendly and very reasonable priced would go back and Highly recommend it
