“The team of specialists at Certified Auto Care of Plymouth is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. They identified and fixed the engine problem in my car really fast, and I was quite pleased with the quality of their work. They also have reasonable and clear pricing.”
“Started with an oil change and ended up getting my brakes and rotors replaced. During the oil change they checked my tire pressure and filled them and sprayed the hinges of all of my doors which was so nice. They also let me know that I needed new brakes and rotors (my dash light had been on an embarrassing amount of time) but they were very kind and gave me an estimate, ordered the parts, and did the job on a Saturday morning for me. I felt very comfortable, all of the guys were extremely professional and helpful. Charlie was the only persons name I caught and he was the best! The pricing was extremely fair, they knew what to do with my foreign car (I honestly have no idea but they knew), and they did all the repair work on a Saturday! Super grateful for all the guys there and I would highly recommend seeing them for your oil changes and other car repair/maintenance.”

“After replacing my AC condenser myself I needed my vehicle AC system verified and charged. I was able to get an appointment same day within an hour of my call. I confirmed I replaced the condenser only. I added the 2oz of compressor oil to the low side of the condenser replaced the 2 seals. My vehicle was pulled in and work started at my appointment time. I talked to the Tech. He first verified that my work was good and the system was holding a 30 bar vacuum. Then the 1 hour process started. AC is ice cold!! Very happy with their speed and knowledge! Happy they check my work and verified the system was sealed before just charging it with 134a just for it to leak. Speed, price, knowledge!!! VERY HAPPY.”

“I have a friend who was one of the top mechanics at Fox Hills Chrysler in Plymouth. I would take my cars to him for repairs. Chrysler then forced Fox Hills to close and they had to lay off everyone. (They sued Chrysler, won the case and re-opened several years later.) My friend went to work at Chrysler headquarters working on top executive vehicles. Dennis opened Best Dam Garage. I asked my friend where to go now that he couldn't fix my cars. He told me go to Best Dam Garage because Dennis is not only a great mechanic, he's an honest one too. I found that to be soooooooo true. I'd give BDG 10 stars if I could! Knowledgeable. Great work. Fair price. Won't try to sell you something you don't need. And recommended by a top mechanic who use to work with Dennis. What more do you need know?”

“The most honest mechanic you're ever going to find. He does not try to sell you parts you don't need and will even try to talk you out of spending money you don't need to spend.
He's a one man operation at the moment so there is most likely going to be a week or two wait for an appointment but it you can wait that long, he's the guy you want to deal with.”

“Moe, in particular is always very nice and cordial. He has always had the work completed when I have needed my car returned at very reasonable prices. He has gone out of his way to get me home when I had no way other way. The mechanics he has working with him are also very knowledgeable about my car which no longer made and has many miles on it. I have recommended him to 2 other neighbors of mine, because I believe your business is only as good as your employees and Ted & Earl's was recommended to me for a very bad problem with my car when I bought it used. It had a very bad gas leak and Moe did an excellent job of fixing the problem. Moe, has so much knowledge about car's he is passing it on to the other employees who are also very cordial. It would have been easier for me to locate the building if it was located on a more accessible street, because if it hadn't been recommended to me, I never would have found it and the best and most knowledge employees. At the age of 67 I have been to many mechanic's with many car's in MI, FL and Rhode Island and learned something about car's from all of them. One mechanic in New Port Richey, FL was not licensed to work from his home and one in MI was not licensed to work from his home in Plymouth and as a woman being able to trust your mechanic is very important. However, I have never learned to trust sales people when buying a new or used car.”

“Scott and Tim both are extremely honest, stand up guys that really care about getting your vehicle fixed properly and promptly. They strive to get your car to you as soon as possible and make sure to put it through lots of testing after the repair. I have had manifold replacement, exhaust work, oil pan replacement, sensor diagnosis, bearing work and alignments done on many different vehicles through them. These guys always figure out the issue and will always give you an honest report. I have had work quoted elsewhere, but it always ends up being a no brainer to choose Scott due to their significantly lower costs. Mechanics like these two are tough to find these days.”

“Dave was awesome to work with. We had some transmission issues that were under warranty and he took the time to work with Ford to get the work approved. The parts were on backorder and he kept in touch with us while they were waiting for them. After that, it was decided the engine was damaged as well, and he worked with Ford again to get that fixed. Great place to do business with and it was appreciated how much they cared. I'd use them for any future service and consider buying a car there as well.”
“Randy i guess is the owner of ryans auto repair took great care of me I took my car there because my car would my a thumping sound when I would turn and good thing I did because he said if I would have drove it much longer It could have broke and caused severe damage to my car he also recommended changeing both because he said once one goes out the other one usually will to so I had him do the work they got it done in a timely matter great experience i would highly recommend going there”
“These guys seem to be very honest. I took a used Honda Civic there for an inspection once before buying and they gave me very good advice related to problems that saw and things I should negotiate on. I have recently been back after years and have given me great feedback on the same car. Were not pushy to do more work then necessary and very helpful for explanations. Prices could be found cheaper for some services at other places but I don't think you would worry as much getting the work done at this shop. The price tag probably correlates to quality”
