“I am am the first unit by the water... and I know I am living days in my life that are unforgettable for how peacefully it is.Micha& Robert,from the office, very wonderful , I love them so much.Not trying to say good things since I live here .Yes it is expensive..but I am very happy.If you are here you are lucky.One the things that I like ..I give the gueese food almost daily and I enjoy that. “Having called SkyGate my home for the past five years I can only leave a 5 star review for Stacey, Tiffany, Tim, Cody, Chris, Paul, Mary, and every other employee who has made sure that my stay at SkyGate, owned and managed by Nadeer Group, was as enjoyable as it could be. Rent is extremely affordable. The building, although not new, has been maintained and updated accordingly after Nadeer Group acquired the property. I have never had any type of issue with maintenance. They are pet friendly here and do really care about pets as if they were their own. I would NOT be moving had it not been for extenuating family circumstances. The reviews that are negative for SkyGate have to be from people who have created their own storms and got mad when it rained!
Edit to my review. I received my security deposit refunded in full less than a month after moving. Any review stating that their deposit wasn't returned especially in a timely manner needs to be considered a red flag.”

“They helped us get financed to buy our home even with questionable credit. Besides a couple of small let downs like it was supposed to come with a washer and dryer and it did not. Fridge died after 3 months but they helped us get a used replacement. So far everything else has been really good. Not a bad place to live. Clean, well take n care of.”

My experience at Diamond Forest has been nothing short of amazing. Madison and the office staff are always very professional and attentive whenever I have questions or concerns. The maintenance staff are also very professional and take care of my work orders quickly.
I have stayed at many different properties, and it cannot be overstated how much more helpful, professional, and overall, caring the Diamond Forest staff is as compared to my past experiences.”

“90% of the residents don’t understand what a one way is. Stop leaving out of the enterance and entering through the exit. Also a bit expensive for a one bedroom apartment I’m paying around 1.1k a month”
“I’ve been here for a month now and I’m thoroughly enjoying every moment. I love the ambience and I’m really happy with the maintenance team—they respond immediately to any issues. I’ve made new friends and I love playing pickleball with them. I’m looking forward to meeting more people. While not everything is fancy and the latest, I’m glad that all the appliances do their jobs well.”
“My family and I have been living in Wyndchase Apartments for over a year and we love the community. The management is always prompt with requests for information and services. The grounds are clean and there is a great big lawn where my Son and I play soccer. There is a nice tributary of the Rouge River that runs through the property which provides a scenic backdrop for pictures. Overall a nice place to live!”

“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

“The leasing agent who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The property looked great, however, they only had single-wide homes available and the rooms were just too tiny (more like offices, not bedrooms). If they had double-wide, I would have considered applying.”
“I lived here for a little over 3 years, I liked my townhome with exception for the older appliances.and ACThe staff was always friendly and club house is great with a large gym, stretching studio and swimming pool. I enjoyed staying there and was sad to leave, the leasing agents were always available, responsive and caring. They were very understanding and I would recommend this place for you. I would say if you are looking for luxury and safety this is the place.”

“I have been a resident for 16 years. Overall I haven’t had a lot of concerns. There is one issue that should be addressed in residents using the street to walk with strollers, impeding traffic. There should be a specific area where people can walk, not the streets. Appliance upgrades to reflect today’s modern design. I would love a paint update, and carpet cleaning or go to hardwood floors. “I have been here a few months and overall have good things to say about the complex. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Apartments are well soundproofed and I have never heard my neighbors (granted I chose a top floor unit so nobody would be walking overhead). The leasing staff are helpful and repairs are completed quickly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and clean. The location is nice and a reasonably short walk from downtown Plymouth and a short drive from just about anything you might need. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.My main issue is something that the apartment complex has no control over but should be considered when looking at this place... there are train tracks nearby and CONSTANT train horns can be heard at all hours of the day and night, loud enough to wake you up (even with windows closed). The units are also priced aggressively high but not completely unreasonable for the amenities, market, and location. The gym has limited equipment and there is no pool.”
