This is my favorite post office. The workers here are so kind and personable, and they ALWAYS scan in the items I'm shipping, which is something other offices have failed to do for me. I like to see my items scanned in so I can access tracking info in case my buyers get impatient. I've used other post offices and had issues so I almost exclusively come here now. Can't say enough good things about them!

Came into this location with a gift that needed boxed and shipped. I wasn’t even greeted with a smile when I walked in. I was the only customer in the building. I was looked at like I was crazy because it wasn’t already boxed. She tried to make me look stupid because I was unaware of the box size I would need or what way I needed to ship it. She talked down to me and the customer service I was receiving was extremely poor. I decided to leave without doing any business here. I did not get this woman’s name at this time, but wish I had now. This office is close to my home and I will never return. I would rather drive out of my way before ever returning back to this location. I went to the Chelsea location and was treated with great service! Sad that there is such terrible customer service anymore.

(4:40pm)Packages not even being attempted (3 attempts then it gets sent back to the sender) to be delivered then being marked they couldn't find drive way/ front door. Our address is posted at road side and on both sides of box. i was outside waiting on it. mail ran at 6:50pm. not cool at all

June 4, 2020 my package was left on my driveway. I was out of town and had a neighbor get it to hold until I returned. Neighbor reported that along with the package there were three pieces of mail left in the driveway!The contents of my package were damaged in spite of a clear label identifying as "FRAGILE".

was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. Prompt phone system is terrible. they don't want to talk to people. You can listen to 50 things to push a button for but "talk to a human" with a question is not an option. we pay these people with tax's???

my fingerhut package looked like the entire nfl tackled it it had been torn completly open they better not damange anything else or ill go to head of all postmasters

Items that I order is smashed and broke up because the push it in our p.o box. I am sick and tired of this post office. Maybe they should start reimbursing my money back.
