Bought a used Lincoln from this dealership. Salesman Rob Caro made the process seamless, relatively quick, easy and even had the vehicle delivered to me at no extra charge. The vehicle was in excellent condition and appears to have had many of its fluids changed or atleast topped off. Do not hesitate to do business with them and ask for Rob Caro.

O' Boy...where do I start??? 1st I would like to say our 1st sales person was awesome. But Bloomfield on the other hand: a liar and a theif con artist. We were sold a 2014 Highlander that we were told was a single owner & never been in an accident. With a bunch of add ons. Of which were told we could Recieve a full refund for if cancelled within 90 days. Which we did. They only refunded $2,650 out of $3,150 we paid. Not A Full Refund! We lost 5 Grand on the trade-in. Of which we would have never agreed to if we had known the Highlander Had Been in an accident in 2016. Not to mention the Ceramic coating that was never done & was fully refunded after we wrote a review. That's shady in and of itself. I got curious. Which led to me paying to get a Car Fax. Showing it's been in an accident. More money out of our pocket. Then I'm like what if they lied about Lo-Jack, too? Low & behold. Lo-Jack has NO DEVICE Affiliated with this vehicle's vin number. Incredible!!! Everyone who paid for Lo-Jack should check that. Federal Law says you don't have to pay for it. Something else not mentioned to us. On top of 16 Hard Inquiries that lowered my credit by 35 points. He took advantage of our situation. We had just had a tragic death in the family & knew we weren't in the right state of mind. Buying a new car should be a good experience. We feel like we've lost over 10 Grand. The trade in. Being charged for a non existent Lo-Jack. Over charged for a vehicle that's been in an accident. Plus the Warranty that wasn't fully refunded. I tried calling today. And instead of admitted he lied to us and sold us a non existent Lo-Jack. He decided to start speaking over me and raising his voice like we did something wrong. No, Mr Bloomfield. You Cheated Us! An apology would've been a start. And don't say we went over your head when you don't return our calls! One thing after another with this sale. So many lies and misfortunes. I just hope this isn't done to people that don't even know...

Jacob Sweeney was good to deal with and recommend him.So for dealership, different story. During covid the new ford sales was charging over MSRP on escapes. Buddy bought used vehicle and noticed some vehicles on lot so decide to give them another chance.Vehicle was priced ok for being on lot for over 110 days. I usually buy vehicles online. When I picked up the car, tires were very bald and don't know how it passed the used car inspections. Car interior had pop stains and car had a weird odor from used car being a loaner. I understand it was used.Dealer was able to give my a goodwill check for half of tires after I inquired about the tires. A plus for Jacob to come through.

Update: After talking with the director of sales there was a miss comunication from them on this matter. After some back and forth comunication with the director of sales, he compensated me for my time and made it right. Thank you for doing that and making it right.I talked with 3 different people this week about a car that I wanted to buy, but was an hour and a half away from them. I set up an appointment to come look at and trade my car for saturday. I confirmed the night before with a saleman that I would be coming, he called me to make sure I was coming. Only to drive the hour and a 1/2 and be told when I got there that they had just sold it to some one else. why even make an appointment for it if you are not going to keep up your end of the deal. Very Disappointed.

Horrible experience with Brent and Jim that call themselves managers. After making 6 trips to the dealership to order a new truck, I was given excuse after excuse as to why they could not order a new 2022 F150. I was a long time customer and leased 2 vehicles from them in 2019. My experiences with them and their dealership have proven to me that they are not good managers. I drove to another Ford dealer and ordered a new truck with the sales manager in 25 minutes.Zeigler ford attempted to perform and oil change on my daughter's car and forgot to tighten the oil filter down. This resulted in her engine seizing up and the entire engine had to be replaced.I had not received my Ford reward points for over a year. After months of requesting them from service manager Mike Davidson, he was unwilling or unable to resolve the issue. I contacted Ford corporate office and finally after 3 more months got the issue corrected.My advice, stay away from this dealership. It is very poorly managed and does not care about taking care of their returning loyal customers. I will never step foot in Zeigler Ford again. Paul Hamlin

My father was looking to get a vehicle that would give him his independence back and Jacob and his manager went above and beyond any and all explanation with this vehicle. God has provided for my dad through them not only with an amazing deal on a fantastic vehicle they filled the tank up without us even asking , made all arrangements i was so impressed I suggested to my to one of my sisters to look at what they had and she wasn't even looking but she was also so impressed she bought a vehicle today .I can recommend Jacob and his team to anyone looking for a used car. Thank you again if I could give 6 ⭐ I would they even worked on there dayy to make sure everything went smoothly

We had a great experience at this dealership. We felt no pressure to purchase and they gave us great customer service. We were looking to buy a F250 truck and this dealership had several to choose from. Upon delivery, they shared all the features of the truck and shared some of their offers from the service department. We recommend this dealership for anyone in the market to purchase a Ford truck.

Rob Caro makes the purchase of a used car painless. Kind and patient-no pressure! So good to work with I even trusted him with my mom’s car purchase too.He took time to work with their finance department who found rates that beat my credit union. Months later and still no plates.... paid over $2800 to have them done "to ease the process" now I'll be paying again because OPUS (the 3rd party company) has out dated info for Washington. Expired plates for weeks now, and I'm at risk of fees and tickets.

On July 14, my husband and I, our 1.5 year old, and 2 dogs were on our way to a 6 hour camping trip, when we started to experience transmission issues. We called our service mechanic back home who stated, “get it to the nearest dealer ASAP. It’s a transmission issue”. Our 2020 F-150, 40k miles has seen our dealers service technician 6 times for an ongoing transmission issue. We pulled in this dealers parking lot at 10:30 A.M and were told they were too booked out that they wouldn’t have time for us. They finally sent out a technician who took a look at our truck and realized just how bad it was. We had transmission fluid from our exhaust pipe all the way to the end of our camper, plus fluid leaking from under our truck. We were instructed to disconnect our trailer and wait for them to figure out what was going on. We waited in their parking lot for over 2 hours. All of this, for them to come back and put the blame on our technician back home and charged us $165. We called our Ford mechanic back home and told him what was going on and he stated, “there is no reason for them to charge you that amount for an ongoing transmission issue.” After further discussion we paid the bill and demanded our truck back. We were told not to go to this dealer in the first place since they sugar coat everything and do not like to deal with warranty issues. We took our truck 17 miles north to the Wayland Ford dealer who treated us with respect and care. They took care of us and didn’t charge us a dime for their time and stated that the other dealer did us wrongly by charging us since it was an ongoing transmission issue, which was documented in their Ford system. We were stranded, miles from home, no family around and were taken advantage of. How sick and sad.

Avery did a great job making sure we got the most out of our trade in, and the lowest price for our new vehicle! We drove a little over an hour, and would/will do it again in the future!!
