If zero stars were an option, that’s what they would get. We Scheduled my husbands truck for issues to be FIXED and they ended up having the truck for two days, to give us a quote. We never asked for a quote, we wanted the issues taken care of, which was stated and confirmed on the initial phone call to set this up. We never got a phone call the first day stating the truck wouldn’t be done, let alone the second day to let us know the quote that we didn’t ask for was ready. They told us we would have to pay a large sum of money to get the stuff fixed, yet we have warranties and when it was mentioned, the shop guy said, “oh, I didn’t think about that.”We made arrangements for my husband to be able to have a vehicle as we both work. This was not only a total mess, lack of communication and poor customer service but its appalling really. This work needed to be done as my husband travels for work and some of it was simple maintenance.We DO NOT recommend this service department unless you don’t want to accomplish anything with your vehicle. Garbage service and garbage attitudes!

Went in to speak with someone about my Volt's 8 year warranty. I came in with a service bulletin from GM relating to my specific problem (Shift to Park issue), that the issue was covered, and how to fix it. There was a lady and a guy named Wayne who I spoke to. The lady was incredibly rude and barked for me to speak to Wayne. Wayne said I needed to speak with the finance department before even letting me speak about the problem. Showed him the papers, he went back to talk to someone, came out multiple times and said "it's not covered for this car." It's a Voltec warranty, for a Volt. Kept going back and forth till I realized they had zero interest in helping and were arguing with straight facts from GM. Called customer service, said the issue is covered, and they made me an appointment at Denooyer. Take my warning, don't go here.

I bought my camaro out of state due to limited inventory locally. I brought it to Midway for it's first oil change. The service was performed extremely professionally. The communication was very professional, and I felt as if my car was in good hands. The service was completed promptly, and the vehicle was returned with no sign that anyone had been in it. That's all you can ask for!

Repairs were done well, but there was confusion regarding payment. The address given did not receive the payment so we had to rearrange method of payment and stop payment of previous attempt.

Went for regular oil change and tire rotation. Service manager noticed a hesitation in starting my car. Asked if I was okay with checking it out. I confirmed and he said it tested out fine, but I should keep an eye out for problems. I appreciated his comments and checking for potential issues.
